OIL FREE AIR COMPRESSOR Manual
1. Introduction
1.1 Working Principle, Performance Characteristics and Uses
The oil-free air compressor operates using a single-phase motor that drives a crankshaft, which in turn drives a piston reciprocally within a cylinder. This process compresses air. The exhaust valve opens and closes automatically. When the compressed air pressure reaches the rated discharge pressure of 0.7MPa, a switch automatically shuts down the compressor by closing a one-way valve into the gas tank. When the pressure drops to a certain level, the switch automatically opens. As the compressor is sealed, noise is reduced during operation.
The series of air compressors are characterized by low noise and fuel consumption, minimal vibration, low power consumption, stable performance, safety, and reliability. They are suitable for various applications including laboratories, tire inflation, pharmaceutical processes, food processing, airbrush painting, chemical analysis, sewing machines, shoe machines, dry cleaners, and as a gas supply for instrumentation, printing machinery, and other equipment requiring small air consumption, electrical, or plumbing maintenance. For applications requiring relatively clean compressed air, it is recommended to use the AW2000 regulator or a filter.

3. Quality Assurance
The quality assurance period is six months from the date of delivery. The company will provide warranty services strictly in accordance with the following terms for manufacturing quality failures:
3.1 Quality Assurance Conditions:
- Users must operate and maintain the product normatively according to the "Manual".
- The manufacturing number and logo must remain intact without dismantling or forging.
- Product failures must not be caused by improper use or factors arising from force majeure.
- Users must use parts supplied by the seller during maintenance.
- This product is oil-free and uses air as the operating medium.
3.2 Non-Quality Assurance Requirements:
- Users are not permitted to change the product's use, structure, or performance.
- The company is not responsible for improper use or losses incurred by third parties.
4. Usage Claim
- Before operating, replace the oil stuff on the inlet side with the provided silencer.
- The air compressor workplace should be dry, clean, and well-ventilated.
- The air compressor must not come into contact with water, should not be placed in open-air locations, and cannot be used in flammable, explosive, corrosive, or dusty environments.
- The air compressor should be placed on vertical and hard ground.
- The supply voltage should be within the range of 190VAC to 230VAC (50Hz), not lower than 190VAC or higher than 10% of the rated voltage. For safety, the air compressor must be grounded.
- Avoid touching components like the host or exhaust pipe when they are hot, especially during or after operation, to prevent scalding.
- The power cord should have a cross-sectional area of at least 1.5mm² and the cable length should not exceed 30 meters.
- The product serves as a gas source for pneumatic tools and equipment and should not be used to exhaust air towards people or animals.
- Before connecting to power, ensure the machine is switched off. Press the red switch to turn off the machine; do not pull the plug directly.
- Collision and inversion are strictly prohibited. Take measures to prevent the air compressor from falling or moving unexpectedly, which could lead to safety incidents.
- To ensure continuous operation, the air compressor may require a cooling fan for the host. The machine should not be run for more than two hours continuously.
5. Maintenance
Special Note: All maintenance procedures must be performed after disconnecting the power and discharging compressed air to prevent potential harm.
- Keep the air compressor clean. Maintenance should be performed by professional staff. The machine is prohibited from use on underground sites.
- Drain the sewage from the gas tank at least three times a day. The pressure inside the tank should be less than 0.1MPa.
- Regularly check the sensitivity of the safety valve. When the pressure inside the gas tank reaches 0.5-0.8MPa, pull the ring on the safety valve. If the safety valve exhausts easily and its stem resets immediately, it is qualified.
- Replace the silencer's flutter after 500 hours of operation.
- The gas tank pressure test should be conducted annually. If there is serious rust, bumps, or the pressure test fails, the gas tank must be disposed of.
- Discharge the air inside the gas tank before moving the air compressor.
