Disclaimer and Safety Guidelines
- Do not look directly into the drone's light.
- Do not treat the product as household waste.
- Do not fly over or near obstacles, crowds, open water, roads, power lines, or trees.
- Do not use the drone in adverse weather conditions, including wind, snow, rain, fog, hail, lightning, tornadoes, or hurricanes.
- Stay away from rotating propellers and motors to avoid small objects (e.g., hair) getting caught in them.
- This product is not a toy and is not recommended for users under 14 years of age.
- Please maintain your drone in sight at all times. Do not rely on first-person view for drone control.
- This drone does not come with a GPS module. Please fly the drone within the control range.
- This product is not suitable for professional aerial drone photography.
- Ensure you observe all local regulations, obtain appropriate permits, and understand the risks. It is your sole responsibility to comply with all flight rules.
Snaptain assumes no responsibility for damages, injuries, or any legal liability arising directly or indirectly from the use of this product. The user must observe safe and legal practices, including but not limited to, those established in these safety guidelines.
Maintenance and Care
- Thoroughly inspect the drone after an accident or violent impact.
- Do not charge the battery before it cools down.
- Remove batteries if the devices will not be used for a long period.
- Do not overcharge the battery. Disconnect the charger once it is fully charged.
- Store the drone and remote control in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
- Avoid direct contact of the camera with water or other liquids. Dry with a soft, absorbent cloth if it gets wet.
- Do not charge the battery near flammable objects, such as carpets, parquet, etc., or on the surface of conductive objects. Always monitor the battery during charging.

Flight Preparation
- Charge the remote control when it is off. The remote control will emit an audible signal when its power is below 10%. Charging: Red LED; Fully Charged: LED off.
- Charge the drone battery. Charging: Red LED; Fully Charged: Green LED.
- Install the propeller guards on the motor base until they are secured by the clip.
- Install the memory card in the drone.
- Install the drone battery after it is fully charged.
Suggestion:
- For your safety, use the original battery and USB charger.
- Flight time may be reduced in very cold weather.
- Please keep the battery away from sharp objects that could puncture it to avoid risks of explosion and fire. Always monitor the battery during charging.
- When the drone battery is low during flight, a prompt will be heard from the remote control.
Flight Operation Manual
Flying the Drone with the Remote Control
Note:
- For every flight, ensure to turn on the drone first, then the remote control.
- Repeat the pairing procedure each time you restart the drone or remote control.
- For all flight functions and modes, the operator and the drone's tail must be aligned.
- Fly the drone outdoors after gaining sufficient experience.
Remote Control Pairing with the Drone
Step 1: Turn on the drone, then the remote control; the LEDs on the drone will start flashing, then place the drone on a flat surface with the head facing forward.
Step 2: Push the left control stick forward, then pull it back to the bottom. The solid LEDs on your drone indicate a successful connection.
Flight Calibration
Move the control sticks to the bottom left at a 45° angle and hold for 2-3 seconds. The rapid flashing indicators will become stable, indicating correct calibration.
Remote Control Instructions
Left Control Stick
- Pushing the left control stick forward will make the drone ascend; pulling it back will make it descend.
- Pulling the left control stick to the left will make the drone rotate left; pulling it to the right will make it rotate right.
Right Control Stick
- Pushing the right control stick forward will make the drone fly forward; pulling it back will make it fly backward.
- Pulling the right control stick to the left will make the drone fly left; pulling it to the right will make it fly right.
Fine Flight Adjustment
- If the drone drifts forward or backward while hovering, push the left control stick down fully, then slightly move the right control stick backward or forward to adjust.
- If the drone drifts left or right while hovering, push the left control stick down fully, then slightly move the right control stick to the right or left to adjust.
Take Off
Step 1: Press the button to take off.
Step 2: Move the left control stick down to the bottom left at a 45° angle and the right control stick down to the bottom right at a 45° angle simultaneously until all four rotor blades start rotating, then slowly push the left control stick forward to take off.
Landing
Option 1: Press the button to land during flight.
Option 2: Pull the left control stick backward until the drone lands and the rotor blades stop rotating.
360° Rotation
Fly the drone at a height of over 2 meters, press the Flip 360° button, and move the right control stick to rotate the drone 360°.
Note: The drone cannot perform this function when the drone battery is low, but other functions work well.
One Key Return
Press the button, the drone will fly to its rear with parallel adjustment to its original takeoff setting. The drone will not stop until the button is pressed again and the mode is canceled.
Headless Mode
Press the button to activate the function. In this mode, the drone will fly following the direction of the right control stick, regardless of the position of your drone's head or tail. Press the same button again to exit the mode.

Speed Switch
The drone is set to low speed by default. Press the Speed Switch button once for medium speed, press again for high speed; if you press again, it will return to the lowest speed.
Altitude Hold / Hover (Stable Altitude)
This is a default setting in the drone. When you release the left control stick after ascending/descending, the drone will hover at a stable flight altitude. For stable flight, press the trim buttons to adjust accordingly.

Pair the Drone with the Application
- Turn on the drone and the LED will flash;
- Go to Wi-Fi settings on your mobile phone, then search for and connect to the Snaptain-SP660-xxxx Wi-Fi network.
- Open the Snaptain Era application and swipe to the SP660 interface.
- Tap Function Display and ON/OFF to turn on the application. The LEDs on the drone will light up continuously after a successful connection.
- Tap ◉ then tap to calibrate the drone.

Photo: Tap once to take a photo.
Video: Tap once to start recording, tap again to finish and save.
Multimedia Gallery: Tap to view photos and videos saved on the mobile device.
G-Sensor Mode: Tap to activate this mode. Your drone moves following the horizontal tilt of your phone.
VR Mode: This function requires a VR device (not included in this package).
Flight Path: Tap to activate Flight Path mode, trace a path in the empty space and the drone will fly following the path. Tap again to adjust the distance and flight time accordingly. Tap again to exit this mode.
Calibration: Tap directly to calibrate the drone.
Voice Control: Take off, land, forward, backward, to leftside, to rightside.
Gestures for Photo/Video: Tap to activate this function. When facing the camera at a distance of 2-3M, making a gesture will cause the camera to take a photo; making a gesture will start video recording; performing the gesture again will end and save the video.
Wifi Signal: Check the drone's Wi-Fi signal strength to avoid losing control. When the signal drops to 1 out of 4 bars (3), please return the drone immediately.
Battery Status: Check the drone's battery status.
Refer to the remote control instructions for other functions.
Note: To fly the drone with the remote control while viewing the image through the mobile device in the application's operating mode, turn the ON/OFF button to OFF and then connect the drone and the remote control.

Troubleshooting Guide
Q1: Drone LEDs do not turn on.
- Ensure the power switch on the quadcopter is on.
- Ensure there is sufficient power in the drone battery.
- Reinstall the battery and make sure the battery connectors are properly inserted.
Q2: Drone LEDs continue to flash, but the drone does not respond to any commands from the remote control.
- Re-pair the drone and the remote control.
- Replace or charge the drone battery.
- Ensure the remote control batteries have sufficient power.
Q3: Flight is unstable.
- Return the drone and recalibrate the flight as per instructions.
- Make minor adjustments during flight.
- Fly the drone when the weather is good.
Q4: Drone response to control is not sensitive.
- Drone or remote control battery power is inadequate.
- The distance between the drone and the remote control is too great.
Q5: Connection between the drone and the application is frequently lost.
- Devices are too far from the working range.
- The phone is connected to another internet network.
Q6: Application does not respond to voice commands.
- Ensure the drone application can access your phone's audio functions.
Q7: None of the functions work in the application.
- Ensure the application switch is activated.
- Confirm that the Wi-Fi connection with the drone is stable.
Q8: The drone will fly beyond the control range.
- Activate Headless Mode, then move the right control stick to return the drone.
