Operation
Audio Controls
- Play / Pause Music: Single tap the Multi-Function Button on either earbud.
- Next Track: Triple tap the Multi-Function Button on the left earbud.
- Previous Track: Triple tap the Multi-Function Button on the right earbud.
- Increase Volume: Double tap the Multi-Function Button on the left earbud.
- Decrease Volume: Double tap the Multi-Function Button on the right earbud.
Call Controls
- Answer a Call: Single tap the Multi-Function Button on either earbud.
- Hang Up: Single tap the Multi-Function Button on either earbud.
- Reject a Call: Press and hold the Multi-Function Button on either earbud for 2 seconds.
Voice Assistant
- Activate Voice Assistant: Press and hold the Multi-Function Button on either earbud for 2 seconds.
Pairing
To connect your Air Nova Earbuds, ensure Bluetooth® is enabled on your device.
- Open the charging case and remove the earbuds. They will automatically power on and begin searching for a Bluetooth® connection.
- On your device, open the Bluetooth® settings and select "SHRP-TWS08" from the list of available devices.
- When pairing is successful, you will hear a voice prompt confirming the connection.
For best performance, keep your earbuds and device within 30 feet (10m) of each other during pairing. Once paired, the earbuds will automatically reconnect to your device whenever they are powered on.
Troubleshooting Tip: If the earbuds do not appear in your Bluetooth® list, return them to the case, close the lid, and try again after a few seconds.
Charging
Charging the Earbud Case
Connect the charging case to a wall adapter using the included USB-C cable. The LED display on the case will show the charging progress from 0% to 100%.
Charging the Earbuds
Place the earbuds in the charging case. They will begin charging automatically. A red LED light will appear on each earbud to indicate charging is in progress. The light will turn off when charging is complete.
When the earbud battery is running low, you will hear a warning sound. If not recharged, the earbuds will power off automatically.
Troubleshooting Tip: If charging does not begin, check that the earbuds are seated properly in the case and that the charging contacts are clean.
