Care and Maintenance

  1. Modern shower products use a combination of materials for design and functionality.
  2. Exercise caution during cleaning to avoid damage. Damage from improper treatment is not covered by the warranty.
  3. Use only specialized products for removing lime scale, following the manufacturer's instructions.
  4. Avoid cleaners containing hydrochloric, formic, acetic, or phosphoric acids, as they can damage finishes and plastic components.
  5. Never use abrasive cleaners, cloths, pads, or sponges.
  6. Clean your shower products regularly to prevent scale buildup and water spotting.
  7. When using spray cleaners, spray onto a sponge or cloth first, not directly onto the product.
  8. After cleaning, rinse thoroughly with clear water to remove any cleaner residue.
  9. Rinse well with clean water after use to remove soap and shampoo residue, which can also cause damage.
  10. Harsh cleaning materials will cause further damage if the surface is already compromised.
