Wearing Instructions

Basic Operations

Turn On

Remove the headphones from the docking station.
If the headphones do not turn on automatically, press the multi-function button for 1.5 seconds.

Shutdown

The headphones will automatically turn off when placed into the docking station.
Outside the docking station, press the multi-function button for 4.5 seconds.

Pairing

Take out both earphones from the charging case simultaneously.
Open Bluetooth on your device and search for "Haylou GT1 2022".
Click to complete the connection.
If the connection fails, place the headphones back into the charging case and repeat the process.
After the first connection, the headphones will automatically connect to the last paired device (ensure Bluetooth is turned on).

Manual Connection

When headphones are off, manually turn them both on. Wait 2-3 seconds for them to connect to each other. Turn on your device's Bluetooth to connect when the light on one earbud slowly flashes white.

Switching Between Mono and Stereo Mode

After successfully connecting both headphones, it is in stereo mode. Placing one earphone back into the case turns it off, and the other enters mono mode. Removing it again restores stereo mode.

Function Controls

Short press of the multifunction button: Play / Pause music
Double-press the multifunction button on the left earpiece: Play the previous song
Double-press the multifunction button on the right earbud: Play the next song
Double-press the multifunction button: Answer / End the call
Triple press of the multifunction button on the left earpiece: Activate the voice assistant
Triple press of the multifunction button on the right earpiece: Turn on / off the low latency mode

Incoming Calls During a Call

Hold the previous call and answer the second call: Double touch.
Hold the previous call and reject the second call: Hold the multi-function button for about 1.5 seconds.
Switch between calls: Double touch.

Factory Settings

Put both earphones into the charging case and ensure the case has enough power.
Clear the phone's pairing record, turn off Bluetooth, and then complete the connection again.

Common Problems

One of the earphones is muted

Try placing the muted earphone into the charging case and then taking it out. If the problem persists, try the reset steps.

The handset cannot be charged

Check if the charging case has sufficient charge. Wipe the charging contacts with a dry cloth or cotton swab.

The earphones cannot automatically disconnect from the mobile phone

Check if the charging case has sufficient charge. The handset will not turn off if the case is not powered and disconnected from the mobile phone.
