8. FAQ & Troubleshooting

Q: Why is the distance in the room not far enough?

A: a. Check if the receiving antenna of the parent unit terminal is turned on. b. Due to different wall materials in different houses, the blocking of 2.4G signals varies. If the signal is not satisfactory, the position can be adjusted.

Q: Why there is always some noise in the background?

A: It is impossible to eliminate all noise; this type of howling is a common issue in audio fields. Please keep your receiver and camera separate by 1.5 meters or more. Tip: The microphones of the receiver and camera should not be directly opposite each other. This can cause confusion and background noise. This phenomenon is an uncontrollable factor.

Q: Why the temperature is not precisely showing on the screen?

A: a. There might be a difference in indoor air circulation. b. The temperature sensor may have just been placed in a new environment, and it may take up to two hours for readings to stabilize.
