Function Mode and Product Advantages
Induction hotplates use electric voltage applied to a conductor spool beneath the glass-ceramic surface to create magnetic fields that directly heat the bottom of cookware. This technology saves time and energy as it heats the cookware directly, not the heating element or the glass-ceramic surface. The heat supply is responsive and can be controlled in small steps, similar to a gas stove.
Additional Advantages:
- Indirect heating via the cookware bottom prevents food from sticking and burning, reducing burn risks for the user.
- The glass-ceramic surface is only heated by the hot cookware.
- The device automatically switches to standby mode when cookware is removed.
- The device detects suitable cookware; if unsuitable cookware is used, no energy is transmitted.
