Make cold food storage convenient with this Avantco VersaHub WiFi-enabled undercounter freezer. It offers a spacious refrigerated portion, accessible through a door, opening to a shelf for ingredient organization and utilization of its 5.4 cu. ft. interior. The epoxy-coated steel shelf can hold up to 88 lb. of ingredients.
The unit features a front-breathing design, allowing placement directly against walls, which provides exceptional airflow and saves space. Self-closing and stay-open solid doors, a recessed door handle, and magnetic door gaskets facilitate quick and easy loading. Bright LED interior lighting aids in finding items.
Constructed for durability in busy kitchen environments, it has a 430 type stainless steel exterior and a 304 type stainless steel interior. The undercounter design adds refrigerated storage without occupying significant footprint. Casters are included for mobility.
The freezer operates with a 1/5 hp refrigeration system using R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, maintaining temperatures between -8 to 0 degrees Fahrenheit. R-290 has an ozone depletion potential (ODP) of 0 and a global warming potential (GWP) of 3. Foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation helps retain cold temperatures for food safety.
Operation is straightforward. An interior wall-mounted thermometer and pre-programmed digital controller with auto-defrost manage the unit. Audible alarms notify users of high/low temperatures, extended door openings, or condenser cleaning needs. It requires a 115V electrical connection.
