Product Details and Assembly
- Designed to fit the AMD Kria™ K24 System-on-Module (SOM)
- Included mounting hardware kit: ATS-HK544-R0 (M3 x 6mm screws)
- Heat sink mounts directly to the clamshell thermal plate that comes standard with the K24 SOM
- Provided with pre-assembled Thermal Interface Material (TIM) on base
