Getting Started with Your Imou Device

This guide provides instructions on how to set up your Imou device using the Imou Life App. The process involves scanning a QR code or using a provided URL to get guidance.

Instructions are available in multiple languages: English, Vietnamese, Thai, French, Italian, Hindi, Bengali, Spanish, Indonesian, Polish, Arabic, Romanian, Ukrainian, Russian, German, Malay, Dutch, Turkish, Hungarian, Japanese, Bulgarian, Hebrew, Korean, Portuguese, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Czech, Slovak, Serbian, Latvian, Finnish, Estonian, Lithuanian, Greek, Slovenian, and Croatian.

Step 1: Download and Install the Imou Life App

To begin, download the Imou Life App from your device's app store.

Scan the QR code shown below using your smartphone.
Alternatively, search for "Imou Life" on the App Store (for iOS) or Google Play (for Android).

Once installed, open the Imou Life App.

Step 2: Add Your Device

Follow these steps within the Imou Life App to add your new device:

Tap the '+' icon in the top right corner of the app.
Scan the QR code located on your Imou device (typically found on the bottom, back, or side).
Alternatively, you may be prompted to enter the device's serial number or connect to its Wi-Fi hotspot.

Step 3: Connect to Wi-Fi

After scanning the QR code, the app will guide you through connecting your device to your Wi-Fi network.

Enter your Wi-Fi network name (SSID) and password when prompted.
Ensure your smartphone is connected to the same Wi-Fi network you want to connect your Imou device to.
Tap 'Connect' to establish the connection.

Step 4: Complete Setup

Once the device is successfully connected to your Wi-Fi network, you will see a confirmation message.

Tap 'Done' to finish the setup process.
Your Imou device is now ready to use.
