This guide provides detailed instructions for using the PNY VelocityX software to manage and enhance your PNY graphics card experience. It covers performance monitoring, overclocking, lighting customization, and user profile management.

Applicable to VelocityX v0.1.2.1 and above.

Introduction

The VelocityX software allows users to quickly obtain information about each supported device, monitor and adjust performance, and set personalized lighting effects.

For models that support lighting effects, please refer to the compatible device list: VelocityX-Support-Martix.pdf

Five functional blocks:

The software interface provides an overview of key features, including:

A Product List

When two or more PNY series products with software support or other compatible products are installed, this product list will appear. It allows users to quickly configure multiple devices. If only a single device is installed, this section is automatically hidden.

The product list displays detected compatible hardware, such as NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 (Bus:1), NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 (Bus:2), and ROG Matrix GeForce RTX™ 2080 Ti.

B Performance

1- Advanced Functions

Click the icon in the upper-right corner of the title to access advanced controls and monitoring items for performance functions. This provides an overview of information and allows for more detailed control.

The Performance Monitor section displays detailed metrics including:

2- Overclocking

Press the "Start" button to initiate an overclocking scan. Manual overclocking is also possible using the left-hand fields. It is advisable to use NVIDIA's recommended overclock values as a reference for manual overclocking.

Overclocking controls include adjusting the Core Clock (e.g., 2310 MHz) and Memory Clock (e.g., 10501 MHz). Options like "OC Scan" and "START" are available.

3- OSD (On-Screen Display)

This feature allows users to enable or disable the screen display function with a single click. It also provides options to quickly adjust the information display position from the menu.

C Lighting

1- Mode

Selecting a lighting effect within the "MODE" section opens up specific settings for that effect, including options for speed, direction, and brightness.

2- Color

After choosing a color scheme, users can adjust the brightness of the colors. Direct input of color values is also supported.

3- Demonstration

When selecting a "Lighting Mode," the chosen mode is displayed immediately. For "Static" mode, users must first select individual LEDs on the right column and then add desired colors from the left column.

Lighting customization options include selecting modes like "Static" or "Customizable LED," adjusting Speed (e.g., 100%), Direction (e.g., Inward), and Brightness (e.g., 50%).
