Assembly Guide

The assembly process involves connecting the star base legs to the central column, attaching the various arm components, mounting the screen bracket to the arm, and finally securing the monitor to the bracket. Warranty Information

MAUL warrants this product against material or manufacturing defects for a period of 3 years from the date of sale to the first user. The warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts at the manufacturer's discretion. It does not cover damage from improper handling, mechanical damage, natural wear and tear, or batteries (if supplied). Tampering by unauthorized parties voids the warranty. Consequential damages are not covered.

To claim warranty service, the product must be returned with the original proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) to the point of sale or directly to the manufacturer. Claims must be made within fourteen days for recognizable defects and immediately upon discovery for hidden defects.

Repairs or replacements outside the warranty period are available at the customer's expense.

This warranty is subject to German law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, mandatory legal provisions of their country of residence remain unaffected.
