Operation
Structure
The chainsaw consists of the following parts:
- Chain
- Guide plate
- Knob
- Guide plate cover
- Baffle
- Oiler lid
- Brushless motor
- Security Button
- Switch
- Battery
Steps for usage
- Install the guide plate to the host. Ensure the guide plate screw hole is flush with the first screw post.
- Notice: When installing the guide plate, make sure that the adjusting block gets stuck into the positioning adjusting hole at the end of the guide plate.
- To remove the guide plate: loosen the compression button, remove the side cover, and then carefully remove the guide plate.
- Install the chain. First, load the chain into the guide plate, ensuring the middle guide tooth fits into the guide plate guide slot.
- Notice: The chain blade should face forward. The charging chainsaw has a device to adjust the tensioning of the chain.
- Turn the knob on the guide plate cover to align the guide plate adjusting screw column boss with the first screw hole.
- Align the convex points of the adjusting screws on the guide plate cover with the guide plate holes to install the guide plate cover.
- Turn the knob on the guide plate cover clockwise. Pull the chain down while turning the knob. The chain will rebound quickly when you loosen the chain.
- Use a socket wrench to tighten the outer hexagonal nut, and then screw the screw into the hole of the guide plate cover.
- Unscrew the oiler lid, pour the lubricating oil into the oiler, and tighten the oiler lid. (The product does not provide lubricating oil).
- Insert the battery into the machine.
- Press the switch to start the machine.
Operating Instructions
- Please wear suitable clothing and work gloves when using this mini chainsaw.
- Before each use, ensure the belt is running normally. The start/off switch and safety switch must be available for normal use. When loosening the start switch, the power must be turned off. If the switch is damaged, stop using the device. Ensure the voltage of the power supply is consistent with the voltage on the nameplate. The risk of injury can be reduced by wearing protective devices and ensuring that the devices are functioning properly.
- Confirm the frequency of the operation to ensure that the operation is in the best condition.
- To save the battery and ensure the best service life of the electric chain saw, do not let the machine overload. Avoid cutting dry and wet branches with a diameter of more than 130mm.
- When cutting, to stop the operation, turn off the power switch and detach the battery pack.
- When the device is running, keep your other hand at least 15cm away from the cutting area of the blade, and do not place your hand near the cutting edge.
- Do not use this equipment to force larger branches, as this may cause the blade to deform and make the pruning stick.
- In cold or humid weather, to protect the battery pack, place it under waterproof clothing. Do not use this equipment in rainy days.
- After daily use, it is recommended to disconnect the connection between the pruning number and the battery pack, turn off the power switch, and store them in the matching tool box.
- If the user feels the electricity is not enough or the cutting is not smooth enough, check if the electricity is exhausted or the blade is dull.
Safety Warnings
Charing the battery
- Do not expose the battery to extreme conditions such as high temperature or shock. Otherwise, it will cause personal injury due to the leakage of the electrolytic solution.
- Before charging, check that the surface of the battery is clean and dry.
- The battery of this product is not fully charged before delivery. Therefore, it must be sufficiently charged before the first use.
- Do not charge the battery for long periods of time, and do not run the battery completely out of power, otherwise it will damage the battery.
- The Essential Security Department does not cover failures due to incorrect use.
- If the battery's sufficient electricity is significantly shorter, it must be replaced if the battery is exhausted.
- The user can only use the battery pack manufactured by the original equipment operated by the customer center.
Battery protection
- Maintain charging temperature between 32°F-113°F (0°C-45°C) and battery pack discharge temperature between 14°F (-10°C) and 140°F (60°C).
- Place the charger in a room between 50°F (10°C) and 71.6°F (22°C), and prevent moisture from entering.
- Ensure the power is consistent with the rated values on the charger and adapter.

- Use the sharpener to sharpen the chain.
Frequently Asked Questions
- Why didn't the chainsaw turn on?
Please charge the battery immediately when you receive the product to avoid battery power consumption due to long-distance transportation. If the product cannot be turned on, please charge it for 1-2 hours before turning it on. - Can you cut screws and metal with this?
