Maserati Connect provides a seamless experience in and around your car, allowing you to intuitively manage performance, comfort, and safety. This transforms every trip into a unique and thrilling new experience.
Being always connected means receiving innovative services and features throughout the car's lifetime. You will be informed on its status and position, staying in touch via your smartphone, smartwatch, or a virtual assistant (Alexa or Google Assistant) from home. Enjoy connected navigation with real-time traffic and up-to-date maps. Take advantage of the Wi-Fi hotspot (complimentary 3GB package), activate Alexa in the car, and receive dedicated support for emergencies, breakdowns, or car theft.

Seamless Connection
With a smartphone, smartwatch, or virtual personal assistant (Alexa or Google Assistant), gain constant and direct access to your car to check its status and position anytime.
Pure Driving Pleasure
Focus on enjoying the drive with the latest Maps, featuring continuous over-the-air updates. Plan trips with real-time traffic information and receive updates on weather and parking availability. Connect up to 8 tablets or laptops to the on-board Wi-Fi hotspot. Use Alexa to play music, listen to news, check weather, and control smart home devices.

Travel without worries. Maserati Connect offers assistance in case of emergency and dedicated support for help during trips or in case of car theft.

Remote Vehicle Status
The Maserati Connect app displays: fuel level, tire pressure, odometer, oil life, and a vehicle health report card (covering powertrain, brakes & suspension, oil & fluids, safety systems, and lights). Information reflects the last key-off status.
Remote Vehicle Operations
From the Maserati Connect app, you can: lock & unlock doors, flash vehicle's lights, turn the engine on/off, and beep the vehicle's horn.
Remote Software and Feature Updates
Receive updates on the latest services and features over the car's lifetime via embedded cellular connectivity or Wi-Fi.
Drive Alerts
Set drive alerts based on time of day, driving speed, and geographical location. Alerts can be pre-programmed, saved, and switched on/off as needed. If an alert is triggered, you'll receive a smartphone notification. A shortcut to a pre-set valet mode is also available, creating a geographical fence of a 2.5-mile radius around the valet drop-off area.
Smartwatch Extension
The Maserati Connect smartwatch app allows interaction with some remote vehicle operations functions.
Alexa/Google Home to Vehicle
From home, use the Maserati Connect skill to control your vehicle. Ask Maserati to remotely lock/unlock doors, start/stop the engine, check fuel level, or send a destination to the vehicle's navigation system (Send & Go).

The vehicle's position is displayed on the map through the Maserati Connect app.
In-Car Entertainment
In-Car Alexa
With Alexa, you can ask to play music, listen to the news, check the weather, and control smart home devices. Alexa continuously learns and adds new capabilities delivered automatically to the car. Using Alexa in a Maserati is simple: just tap and ask; Alexa will respond instantly.

On-Board Wi-Fi Hotspot
Activate a Wi-Fi hotspot in the car to connect up to 8 mobile devices. Subscription is required through Maserati's Partner via the Maserati Connect Customer Web Portal.

Traveling without worries: Maserati Connect provides assistance in case of emergency and dedicated support for help during trips or in case of car theft.
Emergency Call
Use for concerns about individual health. The call connects to a specialized operating center contracted by Maserati. The operator receives the vehicle's position and safety system status to determine the necessary support (Ambulance, Fire Department, etc.). The emergency call can be activated manually via the Help button, the "Help Call" icon on the radio screen, or the "Help Call" icon in the Maserati Connect app's Assistance menu. It activates automatically in case of airbag deployment or rollover.
Roadside Assistance Call
Use for vehicle-related problems. The call connects to Maserati's roadside assistance provider. The service is available where active roadside assistance coverage exists. Activation is manual via the "Roadside Assistance" icon on the radio screen (Assist Call menu) or the "Roadside Assistance" icon in the Maserati Connect app (Assistance menu).
Remote Health Diagnostics
In case of a warning signal, a vehicle health alert card appears in the Maserati Connect app. Tapping it shows the alert type. Warnings cover powertrain, brakes & suspension, oil & fluids, and safety systems. A monthly vehicle health report is also provided via email.
Theft Alarm Notification
Receive a push notification on your smartphone if the car is tampered with (e.g., battery disconnect, alarm triggered, accelerometer movement detected).
Stolen Vehicle Locator
Contact a secure operating center to assist with recovering the car after reporting theft to law enforcement. The center can locate the car and liaise with police. The Maserati Connect app provides the phone number for stolen vehicle assistance.
Service Duration
These services are activated by default to enable safety, security, and quality improvement services.

Your Registration Process
It's as simple as it gets.
Here are the four steps you need to follow to activate your Maserati Connect service:
- Step 1: Click on the link provided in the Maserati Connect welcome email.
- Step 2: On the Maserati Connect Customer Web Portal, create your user account by setting a username and password, complete the form with your personal information, and accept the terms and conditions (T&C).
- Step 3: Download the app by scanning the provided QR codes or by visiting the app store directly.
- Step 4: Activate the app using the username and password created in step 2.
