- If the device malfunctions due to electrostatic discharge or power surge, disconnect and reconnect it.
System Requirements
Compatible with Windows XP SP3, Vista, 7, 8, 10 and Mac OS X (10.4).
Ensure your computer supports Bluetooth® 3.0 technology.
Before First Use
- Unpack the device and check for damage. Return to Kmart if damaged.
- Keep all packaging materials away from children to prevent suffocation.
- Dispose of packaging materials properly according to local regulations.
- Remove all protective foils before use.
Product Overview
This Bluetooth® Wireless Keyboard features a standard QWERTY layout with multimedia keys. It includes an LED indicator, a battery compartment, and a connect/on/off switch.
Inserting the Batteries
- Remove the battery compartment cover and insert two 1.5 V AAA batteries, observing the polarity diagram inside. Caution: Danger of explosion if batteries are replaced incorrectly.
- Replace the battery compartment cover.
Notes on Batteries
- Use Alkaline or Rechargeable batteries.
- Remove batteries if the device will not be used for an extended period.
- Do not dispose of batteries in household waste. Dispose of them environmentally friendly and according to regulations.
- Keep batteries and device components away from children. Seek medical attention immediately if a battery is swallowed.
- Do not recharge, activate with other means, dismantle, throw into fire, or short-circuit batteries.
- Remove batteries before disposing of the device.
Bluetooth Connection
Connecting the Keyboard
- Insert two 1.5 V AAA batteries into the keyboard.
- Turn on the Bluetooth function on your computer.
- Turn the keyboard's ON/OFF switch to "ON". The LED indicator will light up.
- On your computer, select "Add Bluetooth or Other Device".
- Press the "Connect" button on the keyboard until the LED blinks.
- Select "Bluetooth-Keyboard" from the list of discoverable devices.
- A passcode will display on your screen. Type this code onto the Bluetooth keyboard and press Enter.
- The keyboard will connect, and the LED will stop blinking.
- The keyboard is now ready for use.
If the keyboard is not found, repeat the "Add Bluetooth or Other Device" process.
Choosing Your Operating System
- Windows: Press FN + W keys simultaneously.
- Android: Press FN + Q keys simultaneously.
- Mac: Press FN + E keys simultaneously.
Power Saving Mode
The device enters power saving mode after ten minutes of inactivity. Reactivate it by moving the mouse or pressing any key.
Care and Maintenance
Wipe all parts with a dry, soft cloth.
Note for Windows 10 Users
- Follow steps 1-3 of the Bluetooth connection process.
- Press the "Connect" button on the keyboard until the LED blinks.
- Navigate to: Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Devices and Printers.
- Click "Add a device" and select the keyboard. If not displayed, repeat the Bluetooth connection steps.
- When prompted for a passcode, select "Or, try entering a passcode on it".
- Enter the displayed passcode on the Bluetooth keyboard.
- The keyboard will connect, and the LED will stop blinking.
12 Month Warranty
Thank you for purchasing from Kmart. Kmart Australia Ltd warrants this product against defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the date of purchase, provided it is used according to instructions. This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Kmart may offer a refund, repair, or exchange if the product becomes defective within the warranty period. Kmart will cover reasonable expenses for warranty claims. This warranty does not cover defects resulting from alteration, accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect.

Australian Consumer Law guarantees apply, entitling you to a replacement or refund for major failures and compensation for other foreseeable loss or damage. Goods will be repaired or replaced if they are not of acceptable quality and the failure is not major.
For New Zealand customers, this warranty is in addition to statutory rights under New Zealand legislation.
