Requirements for Assembly
- Electric screwdriver (sold separately)
- Two People (for assembly)
- Earth Ground Connection
- Allen key
Installation Instructions
Note: Two people are required for assembly. Adjust the torque of the electric screwdriver to 10.
- Set the Mounting Depth: Align the Left corner Brackets (#4) and Right corner Brackets (#4) with the Center Sections (#8). Slide the Corner Brackets over the Center Sections. Determine the maximum required mounting depth. Slide the brackets inward along the Center Sections, aligning holes. Insert M5*10 Cross head screws through the holes in the Corner Brackets and Center Sections. Tighten screws using an electric screwdriver. Place two Limit parts (#13) on Corner Brackets and tighten with M5*10 Cross head screws. Repeat for all center sections.
- Assemble the Rack: Place Vertical Rails (#1) on the Center Section Assembly and secure with M5*10 Cross head screws. Insert another Center Section Assembly between the top of the two Vertical Rails, aligning holes. Tighten M5*10 Cross head screws on the Vertical Rails. Repeat to assemble another half-frame. Place Left lower Bracket (#3) between the half-frame assembly, aligning holes in the Vertical Rail and bracket. Tighten M5*10 Cross head screws. Place Left upper Bracket (#2) between the half-frame assembly, aligning holes. Tighten M5*10 Cross head screws. Place Right lower Bracket (#7) between the half-frame assembly, aligning holes. Tighten M5*10 Cross head screws. Place Right upper Bracket (#6) between the half-frame assembly, aligning holes. Tighten M5*10 Cross head screws. Place Corner pieces (#9) on the Center Section Assembly and lower/upper brackets. Tighten M5*10 Cross head screws. Place Top Pallet (#11) and Bottom Pallet (#12) on the enclosure. Tighten M6 Cage Nuts and M6*12 Cross head screws on the Corner pieces using an Allen key. Place Top panel (#10) on the enclosure and tighten M5*10 Cross head screws.
- Ground the Rack: Insert an M6 Screw through the Grounding Point on the Grounding Wire and into the Ground Hole on the bottom of the Rack. Run the Grounding Wire under the Rack's Frame. Connect the Grounding Wire to an Earth Ground Connection.
