For Windows 8 or Later

Plug & Play

1. Plug BT dongle into USB port.
2. Wait 5-10 seconds for automatic driver installation.
3. Restart your device.
4. Right-click the Bluetooth icon on the taskbar and select "Add Bluetooth Device".
5. Follow on-screen instructions to search, pair, and connect your Bluetooth device.

For Windows 7 or Earlier

Download and install driver

1. Download the driver at http://eveo.tv/BT.
2. Open the file and follow the on-screen instructions.
3. Restart your device.

Pairing Your Phone

1. Right-click the Bluetooth icon in the taskbar.
2. Select "Add Bluetooth Device", then "All".
3. Select your phone from the device list (ensure your phone is in pairing mode).
4. On your phone, confirm the pairing code displayed on your PC screen.

Transferring Data

1. Right-click the file you want to transfer.
2. Select "Sent to" then "Bluetooth Device".
3. Select your device and click "Next".
4. Click "Accept" when prompted on your device to begin the transfer.

Connecting a Headset

1. Right-click the Bluetooth icon in the taskbar.
2. Select "Add Bluetooth Device", then "All".
3. Select your headset from the device list (ensure your headset is in pairing mode).

Troubleshooting

Poor audio quality

Uncheck "Handsfree telephony" in the Services settings of your device: Control Panel $\rightarrow$ Hardware and Sound $\rightarrow$ Devices and Printers $\rightarrow$ Right-click on your device $\rightarrow$ Select the Services tab $\rightarrow$ Uncheck "Handsfree telephony".

Can't find Bluetooth device

• Make sure your device is in pairing mode.
• Restart your computer.

Computer doesn't recognize BT Dongle

• Ensure your Bluetooth service is running: Open Run (Win + R), enter "services.msc", find "Bluetooth Service", and set its startup type to "Automatic".

Interrupted or intermittent sound on BT headset

• Unpair and re-pair your headset.
• Turn your headset off and on again.
• Restart your PC.

Computer is showing a driver error (or yellow exclamation mark)

• Disable your built-in Bluetooth: Open Run (Win + R), enter "devmgmt.msc", find "built-in Bluetooth", and disable it.
