The W400-B is an endoscope designed for direct connection to industrial mobile phones. It features a high-definition camera with LED auxiliary lighting, capable of displaying images and recording video via a dedicated application. The camera utilizes a high-sensitivity chip, ensuring functionality even in low-light environments.

FAQ

1. APP does not show pictures:
   • Check for proper connection; re-plug if necessary.
   • Ensure OTG function is enabled or that your phone supports it (check phone settings).
2. Lags during photo output:
   • Maintain mobile phone battery above 20% when the product is lagging.
3. Unclear imaging:
   • Optimal focusing range is 2cm-10cm. Adjust distance or clean the camera lens with an alcohol cloth.
4. Camera heat:
   • Slight heating is normal, especially with LED lights at maximum brightness. It does not affect normal use or lifespan.
