02 Assembly

Place the 3D printer on a stable, level workbench in an open, well-ventilated area away from sunlight. Avoid areas with ultraviolet light sources to prevent poor printing results. For the first use, follow the preparation instructions.

Initialization

  1. Unbox and inspect the machine and accessories.
  2. Peel off the protective film from the LCD screen.
  3. Install the antenna.
  4. Connect the power cord and hold the start button for 2 seconds to turn on the printer.
  5. Set the system language and server location (select "China" for mainland China, "Global" for other regions). Complete the on-screen setup steps.

Leveling

  1. Loosen the four screws on the print platform.
  2. Install the platform and tighten the knob clockwise until stable.
  3. Place the leveling paper on the LCD screen.
  4. Click the Leveling button.
  5. Start Calibration.
  6. Press the platform gently and tighten the four screws.
  7. When pulling the leveling paper, there should be significant resistance, or it cannot be pulled out.
  8. Leveling is completed.

Exposure Test

Choose an exposure image to test after the platform stops moving. Close the lid before starting exposure.

Select exposure settings (e.g., 0.1mm, 1mm, 10mm, 50mm) and exposure times (e.g., 10s, 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s).

Accessories Installation

1. Install the resin vat.

2. Install the auto-fill unit (optional).

Remove the seal from the Anycubic 1kg resin bottle. Any residual seal may cause poor air tightness and affect automatic feeding.

03 Preparations

The pre-print assembly is complete. It is suggested to wear gloves and a mask during operations as contact with resin or its smell may cause discomfort.

  1. Check the release film. If broken, replace it immediately to avoid further damage to the 3D printer.
  2. Slowly pour the resin into the vat, ensuring it is within the vat's maximum scale.
  3. Close the lid.

04 Start Printing

Initiate print tasks via the 3D printer, Anycubic App, or Anycubic Workshop. Beginners are recommended to start on the printer. High speed mode requires high speed resin; otherwise, the print may fail.

3D printer

The included USB drive provides normal, fast, and high speed mode slice files for print tests. The R_E_R_F file helps find optimal exposure parameters for different resins. Refer to the USB drive manual for more instructions.

  1. Insert the USB drive to the right USB port. Select a file to print.
  2. Set the print function (optional): Auto feeding (requires auto-fill unit) and Preprint heating (recommended when ambient temperature is below 20°C to enhance printing effect).
  3. Return to the detailed information interface and start printing.

Anycubic App

Start printing on the Anycubic App after connecting the printer.

  1. Connect to the network (WLAN).
  2. Search "Anycubic" in the App Store or Google Play, or scan the QR code on the touch screen to download the Anycubic App. Sign up and sign in.
  3. Add a printer in the Anycubic App: Scan the QR code of the device, ensure the printer is assembled and powered on, and complete networking.
  4. Initiate printing on the Anycubic App.

Anycubic Photon Workshop

Install Anycubic Photon Workshop slicing software from the USB drive. Log in and bind your printer to start printing.

04 Resin Recycling

Process and recycle resin promptly after printing.

  1. After printing, remove the print platform when resin stops dripping. Remove the model with a metal scraper, wash with 95% alcohol or detergent, then dry and post-cure.
  2. Enable the vat cleaning function when resin is partially cured to avoid damage to the LCD screen and printer. Use a plastic scraper to remove resin residue.
  3. Retrieval (optional): Recycle remaining resin using "Retrieval". Use a plastic scraper to guide resin to the auto-fill unit for easier unloading.
  4. If the auto-fill unit is not installed, pour remaining resin through the front vat spout, using a filter and funnel. The funnel model file is saved on the USB drive.
  5. If the 3D printer is not used for a long time, clean the resin vat and store resin in an airtight container away from light.

05 Attention

  1. In case of emergency, cut off the power and contact technical support.
  2. UV light is harmful; avoid direct contact and wear protective equipment (anti-UV goggles, gloves).
  3. Use the scraper cautiously, orienting sharp parts away from people.
  4. Keep the printer and accessories out of reach of children.
  5. The resin vat surface can become hot after prolonged heating; avoid touching without protection.
  6. Auto-fill unit operating temperature: 10-40°C, humidity 20-80%. For Anycubic Bio Resin or Rigid 100 Resin, ambient temperature should be over 25°C.
  7. Use resin with viscosity below 2000cps. Resin viscosity over 500cps at 25°C may cause slight bottle deflation/inflation, which is normal.
  8. Do not shake or turn over the resin bottle with the cap installed. Clean stained caps to prevent malfunction.
  9. Do not immerse the heating resin vat in water, alcohol, or solvents.
  10. Use the provided USB drive. If using your own, format it to FAT/FAT32, with memory less than 64G. Place print files in the root directory.
  11. Do not expose the printer to water or rain.
  12. Do not disassemble the printer; contact technical support for assistance.

Radio interference
