Product Representation
The Zebronics ZEB-DUKE 101 headphones feature several components for operation and connectivity:
Left Earcup:
- 1. Micro SD card port: A slot for inserting a microSD card to play music directly.
- 2. Mode (M) button: Used to switch between different modes.
- 3. Volume+/NEXT track button: Press and hold to increase volume; short press to skip to the next track.
- 4. Volume-/PREV track button: Press and hold to decrease volume; short press to skip to the previous track.
- 5. Multi-Function button (MFB): Used for play/pause, answering/ending calls, rejecting calls, redialing, and activating voice assistants.
Right Earcup & Connection:
- 6. LED indicator: Displays the operational status of the headphone (e.g., charging, pairing).
- 7. Charging Port: A port for connecting the charging cable (e.g., Micro USB).
- 8. 3.5mm jack port: An auxiliary input for wired audio connection.
- 9. Microphone: Integrated microphone for calls and voice commands.
Charging Instruction:
Connect the provided charging cable to the charging port (7) of the headphone and the other end to a DC 5V adapter.
Operations
LED Indication:
- Charging Indication: Red LED glows.
- Full charging indication: Red LED turns off.
- BT Discover Mode: Red & Blue LEDs blink simultaneously.
- When connected to a phone: Blue LED blinks once in an interval of 5 seconds.
Bluetooth Pairing Instruction:
1. Turn on the headphone by long pressing the MFB (5) for 2 seconds. The Red and Blue LEDs will blink alternatively.
2. Search for nearby BT Devices on your mobile phone or other Bluetooth-enabled device.
3. Tap on the BT Name: "ZEB-DUKE 101" to connect. The Blue LED will blink every 5 seconds after successful pairing.
Key Operations:
- Play/Pause: Press the MFB (5) once.
- Answer/End Call: Press the MFB (5) once.
- Reject Incoming Call: Press and hold the MFB (5) for 2 seconds.
- Redial Last Number: Double press the MFB (5).
- Next Track: Long press the "+" button (3).
- Volume Up: Short press the "+" button (3).
- Previous Track: Long press the "-" button (4).
- Volume Down: Short press the "-" button (4).
- Select Mode: Short press the M button (2) to cycle through modes (BT, FM, Micro SD).
Micro SD Card Mode:
Insert a Micro SD card into the Micro SD card port (1). The headphones will automatically recognize and play music from the card.
FM Mode:
Short press the M button (2) to enter FM mode. Long press the M button (2) to scan for available FM channels. Long press the "-" (4) and "+" (3) buttons to change the FM channel. Short press the "-" or "+" button to adjust the volume.
AUX Mode:
Connect an AUX cable to a mobile phone or computer and connect the other end of the cable to the 3.5mm jack port (8) on the headphone for wired audio playback.
Activating Smart Phone's Voice Assistant:
When the headphone is connected to a smart phone via BT, long press the MFB (5) for 2 seconds to wake up your smart phone's voice assistant (e.g., Google Assistant, Siri).
