Please read this manual carefully before using the product. Please read this manual carefully before operating the product or carrying out repairs. How to use this manual: Please read this manual carefully before using the product and keep the manual properly for future reference. Please comply with the requirements specified in this manual and operate according to the instructions indicated on the product. If there is still concern about usage of the product after reading this manual, please call our customer service hotline: 400-839-2600. To guarantee that you have thoroughly comprehended all instructions, please pay special attentions to definitions of symbols within the manual while reading. I. Unpacking instructions The product is packed in an aluminium alloy reinforced suitcase. On receipt of the product, please carefully check whether there is any damage of the case body, and take out all of the accessories firstly, check and confirm that all accessories are present and in the right quantity. Then take out the water dispenser by leveraging the built-in pulling strap and conduct appearance inspection for any visible damage. II. Table assembly instructions (1) Check the quantity of components of the carbon steel table, which include: Connector for Top plate * 1 Upper pillar * 4 upper and lower pillars * 4 Hole cover for Bottom plate *1 Lower pillar * 4 pillar of the top plate * 4 Caster wheel * 4 Fixed piece for top plate and bottom plates * 16 Hook for the suction nozzle * 1 1 Assembly diagram of the carbon steel table: Rotate counterclockwise Mount the fixed pieces, and push the bottom plate downward to fix it in place Rotate clockwise (I) Note: the thinner ends of the fixed pieces between the pillar and the top/bottom plate shall mount upward, while the thicker ends downward Hole cover (II) Hook for the water suction nozzle (III) (IV) III. Description of source water barrel Source water barrel shall have a minimum capacity of 12L, and make sure that the stainless steel suction nozzle is at least 2.5cm above the bucket bottom. See "Installation mode 1" for the detailed installation method. Dedicated bucket of 18.9L Bucket for bottled water of 18.9L Camp bucket of 16 L Water storage barrel of 12L 2 IV. Accessories and installation and operation instructions 1. Installation notes Installation mode 1: Use a water dispenser with a suction nozzle for barreled tap water. Installation mode 2: Directly connected to the tap water pipe, with water drained through the floor drain. The product is applicable to the standard municipal voltage of 220V/50Hz, compatible with 110 - 240V/50 60Hz, and shall be connected to a 3-pole earth leakage protection socket. Water suitable to be used for the product is municipal tap water. As to installation mode 1, if water change happens before bed, the bucket shall not be fully filled since when the scheduled intelligent sterilization starts automatically at 3:15 AM, 3L potable water will be discharged into the bucket first, and if the bucket was fully filled, water may overflow to the floor. As to installation mode 2, the water pressure of municipal tap water of 0.1 - 0.4MPa is applicable, and to avoid damage of the machine due to abnormal water pressures, a pressure relief valve is provided additionally for free (installed in between the inlet PE pipe, please note that the flow direction shall be consistent with that indicated on the valve). As to installation mode 2, there will be a flow of yellow and black polluted water lasting for 15 - 20 minutes from the tap water supply network when resupply after a water stoppage, in such case, please avoid using the machine, in prevention of flow of yellow and black polluted water into the filter cartridge and shortening the service life of the cartridge. Please close the inlet valve of the water supply pipeline before installation. Please read the manual carefully before installation, and ensure that all accessories required for the installation are present (see the packing list). In case of fault of the product, please call our 400 after-sales service hotline, and do not dismantle the machine by yourself, in prevention of any risk. The machine must not be immersed in the water. Note: Personal injuries such as burns and electric shock, fire and other hazards may happen if the machine is maintained or repaired not complying with requirements specified in the manual. Envatone will not be responsible for any accident or damage due to non-compliance with the manual. 3 2. Installation mode 1: Use a water dispenser with a suction nozzle for barreled tap water. (1) Place the machine on the table; (2) Unscrew and take off the cover of the source water barrel, clean the barrel and fill it with fresh tap water; (3) Use bucket with a capacity of over 12L as the source water barrel, change the bucket cover to the accessory "barrel cover" provided with the machine, and then measure the height from the opening of the bucket to the bottom, make simple combinations by shortening and adjusting the lengths of the white PE pipe under the barrel cover and the silicon pipe above the cover to ensure that the stainless steel suction nozzle is at least 2.5cm above the bottom of the bucket, and the specific combination is as below: Power socket 2.5 cm (of crucial importance) (4) Connect the external casing to the water inlet (gray) and wastewater outlet (blue) on rear of the machine, as shown in Figure 1; Note: Take off the silicon protective cover and plugs in the water inlet and wastewater outlet before installation; Inlet water Note: Pull out the plug to the right while pressing the annular circlip to the left Waste water (Figure 1) Silicon protective cover 5 (5) On the other end of the external casing, thread the PE pipe through the hole in the "barrel cover", and make the end of the outer silicon casing tightly wrap the hard silicon protruding head on the front of the "barrel cover", and the short silicon casing tightly wrap the hard silicon protruding head inside the "barrel cover", as shown in Figure 2 below; External casting Hard silicon protruding head Silicon tube tightly wrap the front of the barrel cover Source water barrel cover Short silicon tightly wrap the hard silicon protruding head inside the barrel cover (Figure 2) (6) Connect the suction nozzle with the PE tube end of the external casing, as shown in Figure 3 below; PE tube of the external casing tube head Installa tion Silicon tube of the external casing tube head Locking plate Disma ntle Pull out the locking plate Insert the PE tube Insert the locking plate Pull out the PE tube to the right while pressing the annular circlip to the left (Figure 3) (7) The assembly will be complete after put the suction nozzle into the source water barrel, and cover the combined "barrel cover". 1) The external casing is equipped with a suction nozzle, which will be placed into the source water barrel and will have some residual water dripping while taking out of the barrel; 2) Please press the "Unlock/Reset" button after every water change to start the machine and remake water; 3) Residual wastewater remained in the barrel must be poured out every time of water change, and shall not be reused. Otherwise, concentration of wastewater in the barrel will increase significantly in short time, and crystallize out, and crystals of the wastewater will pollute the full waterway of the machine. 4) If water change happens before bed, the bucket shall not be fully filled since when the scheduled intelligent sterilization starts automatically at 3:15 AM, 3L potable water will be discharged into the bucket first, and if the bucket was fully filled, water may overflow to the floor. 6 4. Installation mode 2: Directly connected to the tap water pipe, with water drained through the floor drain. Close the main inlet valve before installation Carry out installation as per (1) or (2) according to different heads of wall-mounted water pipes (1) The first installation method (share the inlet source water with other equipment through the inlet three-way ball valve provided together with the machine) There is tap water valve on the wall Unscrew the water pipe Connect the PE pipe to the pressure relief valve, and then to the water inlet on the rear of the water dispenser Water pipe Wall Main inlet valve on the wall Insert the three-way ball valve Wall Wall Wall Wall (2) The second installation method (the inlet source water is only used by the machine through the inlet straight-way ball valve assembly randomly provided with the machine for free) There is only an outlet on the wall Plug Unscrew the plug and screw on the straight-way ball valve Connect the PE pipe to the pressure relief valve, and then to the water inlet on the rear of the water dispenser Wall Wrap the connection with waterproof thread seal tape in prevention of water leakage 7 Precautions for inserting pipes at water inlet, wastewater outlet and pure water outlet: 1) Insert the PE pipe into the connector by 15-17mm, and press it to the bottom, until the marker ring reveal, and insert the locking plate 2) The blue PE pipe is used to discharge wastewater and white PE pipe is used to inlet tap water. A blue PE pipe of 3m is provided with the machine, if the distance is over 3m, customers should buy a 1/4 inch PE pipe by themselves; If the platform for placing the machine needs to be drilled for connecting the under table pipe and drain, the recommended diameter for the drilling hole is 15 - 20mm. Boiled: always on after the hot boiled water is boiling 10 VII. Instructions for use 1. Working mode selection a. Standby mode: the button light is always on, and the machine automatically enters the dormant state if no one takes water in 2 consecutive hours. Working mode selection button b. Continuous working mode: the button light turns off, and the machine keeps contentiously working. (top view of the machine) 2. Approach to take hot boiled water When take hot boiled water, please press the "Unlock/Reset" button first, and then press the "Hot Water" button within 3 seconds after unlock, and the machine will dispense water for 12 seconds, and stop dispensing water automatically after 12 seconds (press the "Hot Water" button again within 12 seconds, the machine will stop dispensing water). 3. Approach to take warm water When take warm water, please press the "Warm Water" button and release, the machine will dispense water for 12 seconds, and stop dispensing water automatically after 12 seconds (press the "Warm Water" button again within 12 seconds, the machine will stop dispensing water). 4. Temperature control of warm water a. Press the "Unlock/Reset" button, then rotate the knob clockwise to increase water temperature; and rotate the knob counterclockwise to decrease water temperature; b. Log in to the WeChat mini program of Envatone to set the temperature of warm water; c. The temperature setting range for warm water is 35-70, in prevention of burns, warm water of over 70 will not be dispensed; d. The temperature setting range for cool water is room temperature ~ 35 . 5. Unlock/Reset The product has the function of Child Lock that will lock dispensing of hot boiled water in order to prevent burns. Please press "Unlock/Reset" button first, and then press "Hot Water" button to take hot boiled water. 11 6. Reboil/Forced Heating If the temperature displayed for hot boiled water is lower than 100, and hot boiled water of 100 is required, please press "Reboil/Forced Heating" button, and the hot water will be heated to 100 in a moment. Note: The machine will only dispense water after all types of water is heated to 100 and the screen displays "Boiled". VIII. Function description 1. Scheduled intelligent sterilization Users should keep the machine power on and select the standby mode for a long time to make the "scheduled intelligent sterilization" and the "daily fresh drinking water system" run automatically every day, ensuring instant dispensing of high-quality fresh drinking water 24 hours a day. When power on, the machine will automatically perform scheduled intelligent sterilization every day from 3:15 AM - 4:15 AM whether it is in standby mode or working mode, needing no operation of the user. For warm water, the temperature will rise to 85 and held for 5 minutes, and then temperature of automatic water making will cool down to the normal temperature setting range of warm water (If you need to drink water during this process, press any button to stop the sterilization. The machine can cool down the self-made water, and when the temperature of the warm water drops below 65, it can be taken.) During sterilization, the daily fresh drinking water system can be activated, and all the water in the internal tank will be filtered and prepared again to keep the drinking water fresh every day. 2. Real-time online sterilization When connected to the internet, users can log into the WeChat mini program of Envatone to choose the machine to be sterilized, and click "Start" button to start the real-time online sterilization. The whole process will run automatically, for warm water, the temperature will rise to 85 and held for 5 minutes, and then temperature of automatic water making will cool down to the normal temperature setting range of warm water. During sterilization, the daily fresh drinking water system can be activated, and all the water in the internal tank will be filtered and prepared again to keep the drinking water fresh every day. 12 3. Full waterway flushing and sterilization If the water dispenser is powered off for more than 7 days, full waterway flushing and sterilization must be conducted before using the water. To perform that, users should first turn off the power switch on the back panel of the machine, and then, turn on the power switch while pressing down the "Unlock/Reset" button. The machine will automatically begin with sterilization, and the indicator of "Sterilizing" will flash. After the automatic sterilization is finished, the indicator of "Sterilizing" will keep on and the indicator of "Low Water" will flash (in case of usage in installation mode 1, the hot water discharged into the bucket must be empties, and refill the bucket with water of room temperature), and then press "Unlock/Reset" button or switch off and then switch on to restart the machine. The water dispenser will re-make and heat the water to 100 (it expects to take approximately 30 minutes). The "Unlock/Reset" button on the front panel The power switch on the back panel 4. Internal water tank emptying procedure Turn off the power, and long press the "Reboil/Forced Heating" button while turning on the power switch, the screen flashes with "Sterilizing", and it will start draining, and all water in the internal water tank will be drained into the bucket or through the floor drain. 5. Networking operations 1) 2.4GWIFI internet connectivity: automatically connect upon startup of the machine, and t he lightis always on while the signal is normal. 2) Bluetooth connection: Please login to the WeChat mini program of Envatone within the effective range of Bluetooth. Click on "Bluetooth Connection" to connect the machine. 2.4GWIFI internet connection and Bluetooth connection are both connected and operated by the WeChat mini program of Envatone, and the login account is your mobile phone number registered when you purchased the machine, and the password is: 123456. 3) Wi-Fi connection: Visit the following webpage of the company on the phone, operate after logging in as stated above, website: wap1. envatone.com/wifi.html. 13 IX. About the filter cartridge and replacement cycle PP cotton Pre-filled activated carbon composites RO (reverse osmosis) membrane Post-filled activated carbon composites 3 - 9 months 3 - 9 months 4 - 18 months 5 - 36 months Note: For areas with super high mineral levels, or in case of a large number of users, the replacement cycle of the filter cartridge will be significantly shortened. 1. Filter of the suction nozzle: used to filter large particles with a diameter of 0.5 millimeter (mm) such as gravel, algae, gelatin and suspended substance; 2. PP cotton filter: used for primary filtering of the source water, to block the visible substances in the source water, with a filtering precision of 5 - 20 micrometer (um); 3. Activated carbon: used to adsorb the colorant, odor, residual ammonia and part of the organic matters in the water, with a filtering precision of 5 - 20 micrometer (um); 4. RO membrane: with a filtering precision of 0.0001 micrometer (0.1nm), used to filter bacteria, virus, inorganic salts (such as bromates), heavy metals, micrometer-and nanometre-sized plastic particles, pesticide, antibiotics, chemical residues, and plasticizers. [1 millimeter = 1,000 micrometers (um) = 1,000,000 nanometers (nm)] Special remainder 1. Replace the filter cartridge according to the instructions displayed on the screen of the machine. When the efficiency of the filter cartridge is below 3%, it is required to be replaced. The replacement cycle varies depending on the quality of local source water, water consumption of users, seasons (summer or winter). 2. The wellness, safety and sweetness of drinking water can only be guaranteed by timely replacing the filter cartridge. 3. Penetration of any fluid into the machine from the top shall be absolutely avoided. 4. If the machine is left unused for a long time, the filter cartridge is prone to breeding microorganisms due to internal water storage and porous structure, the water will become stink and the service life of the filter cartridge will be shortened. X. Important statement The filter cartridge modules and configuration parameters are researched and proved by and for the exclusive use of General Envatone (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. When using the machine, users shall replace and use the original filter cartridge by Envatone according to the service life reminder. 14 XI. Precautions for installation and placement There are vents in the left and right side panels of the product, near which blockage materials shall not be placed, and a clearance of at least 5cm shall be left for purpose of ventilation and heat dissipation. If installed outdoors, drench shall be absolutely avoided. indoor The product shall be away from fire, combustibles and chemicals. XII. After-sales warranty Warranty period The whole unit of the machine as well as the three major accessories including mainboard, water pump, and solenoid valves have a warranty for 2 years since the invoice date. If the receipt were lost, the warranty period will be started on the manufacturing date indicated on the product. Under circumstances of normal operation, in case of any fault, please conduct troubleshooting according to the instructions specified in the manual, if the fault still remains after self-inspection, please contact the manufacturer. Conditions for warranty Users shall obtain the product through legal approach, and provide invoices and warranty card, the model and manufacturing batch number indicated on the invoice shall be consistent with the product to be repaired. Warranty is only valid under the circumstances that the product has been properly operated by the user under the instructions in the manual. Exceptions Even if the product is within warranty period, repairing expense shall still be charged under the following circumstances. Faults or damages due to installation and usage that not complying with requirements specified in the manual; Component damages due to failure to replace the filter cartridge timely or according to the notice; Faults or damages due to improper repairing, adjustment, dismantle and reform by users; Faults or damages due to forced usage of the product exceeding normal operating conditions; Man-made (intentionally or accidentally) damage of the machine (penetration of unknown fluid into the top of the machine, polluted by strong external air odor, and etc.); Damage to the machine due to force majeure (such as natural disasters and wars) Machine that has been repaired by professionals that had not been authorized by our company; Accessories of the machine, are not warranted; Use supply water that is not municipal tap water; Use components and consumables that are not provided by our company; Information on the warranty card is not consistent with the actual identification of the product or has been altered; Can not provide the warranty card and valid receipts of the machine, and has exceed one year than the manufacturing date indicated on the product. Warranty service Within the warranty period, and under no violation of the exceptions, for faults and damage of the product that are satisfy the warranty conditions, the company will provide warranty services according to provisions, however, will not compensate for any loss directly or indirectly caused. In case of repairing or replacing the product, the warranty period still starts from the original purchasing date of the product. 16 Legal Notice Please read the manual and all notes and instructions indicated on the product before installing and using the product, in order to get informed of some kind reminders by us and your obligations in regular routine inspections and other preventive maintenance work. The dedicated serial number on the body of the machine and the labels on the package is an important credential for warranty service, please keep it properly for future reference.
