The critical dimensions of this product have been reduced from 0.25 um to 0.18 um, in KF FAB4, located in Cheongju, Korea. Full electrical characterization and reliability testing have been completed on representative part numbers to ensure there is no change to product reliability, device functionality or electrical specifications in the datasheet.
