Exchange for devices purchased via Samsung.com - Important Information

1. You can exchange your old select smartphone devices with a Samsung Galaxy Watch7.
2. The Exchange Offer is provided by Samsung in collaboration with "Manak Waste Management Pvt. Ltd. (“Cashify”). Evaluation and exchange are subject to Cashify's terms and conditions. Refer to Cashify Terms of Use & Cashify Terms & Conditions.
3. Exchange can be done on "Samsung Shop".
4. Provide accurate information regarding your old smartphone's screen condition and available accessories during evaluation. Incorrect information may lead to cancellation or rejection of the Exchange Offer, forfeiting any exchange value or benefits.
5. The displayed Exchange Price is the Maximum Price, subject to physical verification at the time of exchange.
6. Screen condition and declared accessories will be verified. Mismatches may result in cancellation or rejection.
7. The exchange device may be requoted, or the main order cancelled, if mandatory checks on the Cashify Diagnose App fail, or if the used phone is not in working condition, has screen scratches/cracks, or dents. A cancellation fee may apply in such cases.
8. If you select "Deferred Exchange", you must first purchase the product with full payment. After delivery, Cashify will send payment details for the exchange value via email/SMS. You must update payment details within three (03) days of receiving the link. Failure to do so will result in cancellation/rejection/forfeiture of the transaction, with no liability for Samsung or Cashify to return any exchange amount.
9. If the delivery person rejects the old device at collection due to incorrect information or quality issues, the new device will not be taken back, and no refunds or additional offers will be provided. The exchange offer will be forfeited.
10. A government-approved Photo ID (PAN Card, Passport, or Voter ID Card) is required at the time of exchange.
11. Additional Exchange Offer: An additional ₹8,000 is provided by Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd. on purchase of a Samsung Galaxy Watch7. If your exchange is rejected, you will not be eligible for this additional value.
12. This offer is valid on Samsung.com and in select pin codes from 04th May, 2025, to 03rd June, 2025.
13. This offer can be combined with the Upgrade Program and applies to exchanges of select smartphone devices as detailed in the Annexure.

15. Samsung reserves the right to withdraw, extend, annul, or modify the offer at any time without prior notice.
16. This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer or NBFC EMIs unless specified.
17. By proceeding, you confirm understanding and agreement to complete the exchange appropriately.
18. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
