Quick Start Guide

Product Overview

The IDW28 Smart Watch includes the following components:

• [magnetic charging contacts]: Located on the back for charging.

Physical Button Operation

• Short press: 1. To return to the previous screen. 2. To wake the screen when it is off.
• Long press: 1. To turn on the watch. 2. Under the power-on state, long press for 8 seconds to restart the watch.

Turning On/Off

Turning On: While the watch is off, it automatically turns on when placed on charge. Alternatively, long press the physical button to turn on the watch. Ensure the watch is charged before first use using the original power adapter.

Turning Off: Navigate to Settings -> Turning off menu.

Screen Operation

• Tap the screen: 1. To enter the main menu. 2. To operate according to on-screen prompts.
• Tap and hold on the screen: To switch between different watch faces.
• Swipe up/down: 1. To navigate through menus. 2. To view long text or details.
• Swipe left/right: 1. To navigate through menus. 2. To rotate the encoder crown up and down to switch watch interfaces.

App Downloads and Pairing

App Downloads

Download and install the "VeryFit" app from the App Store, Google Play, or by scanning the provided QR code (QR code excluded from output).

Pairing

1. Open the "VeryFit" app on your smartphone. 2. Activate Bluetooth connection on your phone. 3. Search for the device to pair within the app (or scan the QR code on the device). 4. Complete the binding process on the app or the device.

Care and Maintenance

Follow these suggestions for optimal use and maintenance:

1. Keep the product clean.
2. Keep the product dry.
3. Avoid wearing the product too tightly; maintain a gap that allows one finger to fit comfortably.
4. After prolonged wear, remove the device periodically to allow your wrist to relax.
5. After exercise, clean and dry both your wrists and the watch before wearing again to prevent sweat from corroding the device. It is recommended to regularly clean the watch with soap or hand sanitizer.

Do not use household cleansers. Use soap-free cleansers instead. For stubborn stains, it is recommended to clean with alcohol.

Waterproof Usage: The watch is not suitable for diving, swimming in the sea, or use in a sauna. It is suitable for use in swimming pools, showers (cold water), and shallow water environments.

Safety Instructions

• Do not expose the product and its accessories to extreme temperatures, as this may lead to product failure, fire, or explosion.
• Protect the product from strong impacts or jolts to prevent damage and avoid product failures.
• Do not disassemble or modify the product or its accessories yourself. Contact customer support for after-sales service if the product fails.

Skin Irritation and Wear

Some users may experience skin irritation when using this product. To reduce the potential for irritation, please follow these wear and care tips:

• Keep the device clean.
• Keep the device dry.
• Do not wear it too tightly; maintain a wearing gap of approximately one finger.
• After long-term wearing, remove the device periodically to relax the wrist.
• After exercise, clean and dry your wrists and the watch before wearing again, as residual sweat components can corrode the watch. It is recommended to regularly clean the watch with soap or hand sanitizer.

Caution: If you experience skin irritation, refrain from wearing the watch and wait two to three days for symptoms to ease. If symptoms persist or worsen, consult a physician. Users with eczema, allergies, or asthma may be more susceptible to skin irritation or allergies from wearable devices.
