Wiring
The wiring diagram indicates three connection terminals:

Operation
After connecting power to Terminals 1 and 2, both green LEDs will illuminate.
To switch off the green LEDs and turn on the red LEDs, apply a 12V voltage to Terminal 3. When Terminal 3 has voltage, the two red LEDs will be active, and the two green LEDs will be off.
When Terminal 3 has no voltage, the two red LEDs will be off, and the two green LEDs will be on. Terminal 3 can receive a continuous voltage, provided it does not exceed 12V.
