Always follow the local disposal regulations.

Mounting and Installation

General symbols: Maintenance Free ⚙️, Humidity range: 5-95% RH no condensing ?.

Actuator Mounting Sequence

The mounting process involves attaching the actuator to the valve body in a sequence of steps. The actuator can be adjusted for full stroke (100% / FULL!) after installation.

Diagram 1 (Page 2 & 4): Illustrates the mounting process of the actuator onto a valve body. It shows a sequence of steps (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6), culminating in the actuator being fully installed and adjusted for stroke (100% / FULL!).

Diagram 1a/1b (Page 2): Shows manual override operation.

Manual Operation

Diagram 5 (Page 4): Demonstrates manual operation, including how to rotate the actuator (e.g., ~60°) and set stroke limits (e.g., 100% / FULL!).

Electrical Installation and Wiring

Wiring Diagrams

Diagrams (Page 3): Provide wiring diagrams for both 24V and 230V versions. The 24V diagram shows connections for DC power (e.g., 24V DC), while the 230V diagram shows connections for AC power (e.g., AC 230V L, N), along with control signal terminals (e.g., A, SN, K1).

DIP Switch Settings

DIP Switch Configuration (Page 3, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12):

Speed and Stroke Settings

Setting Stroke (S) [mm] Time (T) [sec]
7.5 sec/mm (FAST) 10 75
15 112.5
20 150
15 sec/mm (SLOW) 10 150
15 225
20 300

LED Function Indicators

Diagram 4 (Page 3): Shows LED indications. Typically, a green LED indicates normal operation, and a red LED may indicate an error or specific status. Manual adjustment is also depicted.
