Earbuds:

Charging Case:

Turn ON and OFF

Ensure the HYPHEN Case is fully charged before first use.

Automatic Power Management:

Turn ON: Remove earbuds from the case. ↑ Automatic turn ON.

Turn OFF: Place earbuds back into the case. ↓ Automatic turn OFF.

Manual Power Management:

Turn ON: Tap and hold the TCA for 2 seconds.

Turn OFF: Tap and hold the TCA for 5 seconds.

Pairing HYPHEN Earbuds

Step 1: Place the HYPHEN earbuds into the charging case. Remove them. The right earbud (R) connects to the left earbud (L) automatically.

Step 2: The left earbud's LED will blink white, indicating that the earbuds are in phone pairing mode.

Step 3: On your device's Bluetooth menu, select "HYPHEN" to pair both earbuds.

Troubleshooting: If HYPHEN earbuds do not pair with each other or with your device, place them back in the case and restart the process.

Resetting HYPHEN Earbuds

  1. Ensure the charging case is charged. Turn OFF Bluetooth on your device while both earbuds are in the case.
  2. Remove the Left earbud. It will automatically turn ON. Wait for 1 minute.
  3. Tap the Left earbud's TCA 5 times. The LED will breathe orange.
  4. Remove the Right earbud. It will automatically turn ON. Tap the Right earbud's TCA 5 times. The LED will breathe orange. (No 1-minute wait is needed for this step).
  5. Turn ON the earbuds simultaneously. They will connect to each other.
  6. Turn ON Bluetooth on your device and pair the earbuds.

Pairing in Single Earbud Mode

Pairing with an Already Paired Earbud

Scenario 1: Left earbud (L) is already paired.

Charging HYPHEN Earbuds

Simply place the earbuds back into the charging case. They will magnetically attach. The earbud LED will show orange while charging and turn OFF when fully charged.

Charging HYPHEN Case

Via Cable:

Connect a Micro USB cable to the charging port on the case.

Via Wireless Charger:

The HYPHEN Case can be charged whether it is open or closed. Carefully place the case onto the wireless charger's surface.
