152Y Remote Control System User Manual

I. ELECTRONICS OVERVIEW

This section provides an overview of the electronic components of the 152Y system.

The system includes:

  • Remote controller: Model 152Y. Features buttons for TV, M, ZG, memory positions, up/down adjustments, OFF, SW, LED, and FLAT.
  • Control box: Model 152Y, designed to work with the remote controller. It has ports labeled "POWER LINE", "LED", "SYNCHRO", "WORK STATUS CONNECT", "LAMP", and "BUTTON".
  • Power supply: Connects the control box to the mains power.
  • Motors: Two motors are shown connected to the control box, typically used for adjustable beds.

The diagram illustrates the connection between the power supply, the control box, and the motors. The remote controller is shown separately.

II. PAIRING THE WIRELESS REMOTE

Follow these steps to pair the wireless remote controller with the control box.

STEP 1: Install Batteries

Push the bottom of the remote to release the battery cartridge. Install three AAA batteries into the remote's battery compartment. Push firmly to close the cartridge.

STEP 2: Initiate Pairing on Control Box

Plug the control box into a power source. Press the Pairing Button/Program Button on the control box for approximately 1 second. Ensure the Pairing Lamp - White (Third) is flashing.

STEP 3: Complete Pairing with Remote

On the remote controller:

  1. Press the "SW" button until the backlight LED starts flashing. Release the "SW" button.
  2. Immediately press the "HEAD UP" button [Up Arrow]. Do not release it until the backlight LED lights up continuously. The remote is now pairing. Release the button.
  3. Next, press the "BACK UP" button [Down Arrow]. Do not release it until the backlight LED lights up continuously. Release the button.

Pairing Confirmation: Pairing is completed when the Pairing Button/Program Button on the control box and the backlight LED on the remote stop flashing, and the control box emits a "DI" sound from the buzzer.

If the remote functions are not operational after pairing, repeat the pairing process.

III. FUNCTIONAL OPERATING FOR WIRELESS REMOTE

This section details the functions controllable via the wireless remote.

• When the backlight LED is lighting and press again, clear the corresponding memory position.
• TV & ZG have the memory position, M has no memory position.

IV. FUNCTIONAL OPERATING FOR WIRELESS REMOTE

This section covers power specifications and motor control.

Power Supply Specifications:

  • Input: 100-240V~, 50/60Hz
  • Output: 29.0V = 3.0A

Motor Control:

By pairing the remote control with the control box, the motor(s) can be controlled to move up and down.

Product Interface Description

The interfaces on the control box are described below. Note that the interfaces highlighted in red in the diagram are intended for engineering testing purposes only and are not accessible to consumers.

The control box features ports for power input, LED indicators, synchronization, work status, lamp, and buttons. Specific connectors are shown, with a note that certain interfaces are for engineering use only.

The control box has labels for: POWER LINE, LED, SYNCHRO, WORK STATUS CONNECT, LAMP, BUTTON. It also features a [Foot Icon] and a [Person Icon] near the WORK STATUS CONNECT and LAMP labels respectively. Two specific connectors are highlighted as being for engineering testing only.

FCC/ISEDC Statement
