Getting started
The Dyson Purifier Big+Quiet Formaldehyde features a real-time LCD screen displaying indoor air quality. Intelligent sensors detect pollutants across the room. The MyDyson™ app provides comprehensive control, tracking, and scheduling. The machine includes a 360° HEPA filter, a carbon filter, and a selective catalytic oxidation filter. It also comes with a remote control that magnetically stores on the front of the machine for easy access. Hidden wheels facilitate easy maneuverability on hard surfaces.
Assembling your machine
To assemble the machine, lift it out of the box by its base using both hands. The HEPA filter, carbon filter, and permanent catalytic filter are pre-installed. Lift the conic amplifier out of the box and place it on top of the machine, rotating it until it clicks securely into place. Plug in the machine and press the power button on the screen or remote control. Place the remote control on the front of the machine with the buttons facing down.
Positioning your machine
The machine is fitted with wheels for easy movement. Position it on a level floor. For optimal purification, place the machine on the edge of the room, at least three and a half feet from the wall, with the conic amplifier pointing towards the furthest point along the wall. Alternatively, position the machine facing diagonally across the room.
