The MAGICSING Karaoke system offers an easy and enjoyable way to sing along with music, watch videos, and experience entertainment. It features a state-of-the-art streaming karaoke library, eliminating the need for physical media.

Limited Warranty

Entermedia (ET) warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year for labor and parts from the date of retail purchase. ET's warranty obligations are limited to the terms and conditions set forth below.

Terms and Conditions:

1. ET will repair or replace defective products at no charge using new or refurbished parts.
2. To obtain warranty service, present the warranty card with purchase date, model number, serial number, and dated proof of purchase to an authorized service center.
3. ET's decision on warranty claims is conclusive.
4. Use only genuine ET parts and components for warranty coverage.
5. Entermedia or Authorized Service Centers will repair products under warranty at no charge, following all guidelines. Shipping expenses may apply.
6. After the warranty period, customers are responsible for all shipping costs for service.
7. Returned products must be packaged appropriately and insured or tracked.
8. The warranty does not cover: accidents, misuse, incorrect electrical supply, abuse, unauthorized modifications, improper testing, tampering, failure to follow manual instructions, unauthorized disassembly/repairs, third-party engagement, normal wear and tear, corrosion, stains, scratches, missing parts reported after 3 days, altered serial numbers, altered warranty cards, or limited warranty periods for specific components (e.g., voice coil, adapter, cables - 3 months).
9. Service charges for non-warranted issues will be billed to the customer.

Q: Can I use my MAGICSING with a computer?

A: No, MAGICSING does not support connection with a PC. It can only connect to TVs or PC monitors with HDMI ports.

Q: How can I update the Song List?

A: As a streaming-based system, the newest Song List is accessible through the MAGICSING karaoke app.

Q: Is the MAGICSING karaoke app required?

A: The app is not required for the built-in song list. However, the app provides access to an unlimited song list and allows your phone to be used as a remote controller.

Getting Started with MAGICSING

This guide provides instructions for basic setup and use.

Requirements:

• MAGICSING Entertainment System
• HDTV
• Wi-Fi connection

Note: MAGICSING requires a Wi-Fi connection to function properly. Ensure your internet connection is active and you have the necessary login credentials.

Step 1: Connect the MAGICSING

1. Charging the Main Unit: Connect the AC adapter to the DC IN jack on the back of the main unit. Ensure it is fully charged before first use.
2. Charging the Wireless Microphones: Use a USB-C cable to connect the microphone to its USB-C port. Ensure it is fully charged before first use.

Step 2: Turn on the MAGICSING

1. Main Unit: Press the power button on the back. A green LED light should illuminate.
2. Wireless Microphone: Press and hold the power button until "P-on" is displayed on the LCD screen.

Connecting External Speakers

• Method 1 (RCA): Plug an RCA cable into the LINE OUT (RCA) terminals on the back of the main unit, matching colors to terminals.
• Method 2 (Speaker Out): Connect speaker wires (not included) to the SPEAKER OUT jack on the back of the main unit.

Connecting External Display / TV

Connect one end of an HDTV cable to the main unit's HDMI port and the other end to your TV's HDMI port. Ensure the correct input setting is selected on your TV.

Caution: Connecting or disconnecting an external display while the MAGICSING is in use will cause it to restart.

Connecting Wired Microphone and Guitar

• Wired Microphone: Plug a wired microphone into the microphone jack on the back of the main unit. Adjust volume using the microphone volume dial.
• Guitar (Instrument): Plug your guitar into the guitar jack on the back of the main unit. Adjust volume using the guitar volume dial.

Step 3: Connecting MAGICSING to the Internet

An internet connection is required to use MAGICSING Karaoke.

Connecting to Wireless Internet (Wi-Fi):

1. Select the network icon on the home screen.
2. Choose your Wi-Fi access point (AP) from the list.
3. Enter the password if required.
4. A Wi-Fi antenna icon will appear in the upper right corner when connected.

Connecting to Wired Internet (Ethernet):

1. Connect an Ethernet cable to the Ethernet port on the back of the main unit.
2. The Ethernet setup menu should appear automatically.
3. The connection defaults to DHCP mode.
4. A wired connection indicator will appear in the upper right corner when connected.

Home Screen Menu

• KARAOKE: Play songs from the MAGICSING song library.
• YOUTUBE: Watch YouTube videos.
• AUDIO INPUT: Connect external devices (smartphone, laptop) via Bluetooth or LINE IN to use the unit as a speaker.
• MEDIA: Play movies, photos, and music from a USB memory or TF card.
• NETWORK: Connect to wired or wireless internet.
• SETTINGS: Configure system settings.
• APPS: Run additional applications.

MAGICSING Karaoke Features

• Song List: Displays search results and song information. Scroll to view more. Tap a song to play. Select another song to queue it next. Use the Priority button to play your chosen song immediately after the current one.
• Current Song / Next Song: Shows the currently playing song and the upcoming song.
• Volume Control: Adjust music, microphone, and echo levels.
• Adjusting Key: Change the pitch of the music.
• Adjusting Tempo: Change the speed of the background music.
• Search Songs: Find songs by title or singer.
• Voice Search: Find songs by speaking into the microphone.
• Karaoke Control: Adjust instrument volume, accompaniment settings, skip intro/interlude, pause/play, stop, play next song, add effects, hear guide vocals, view sheet music, or see the score.
• Queued Songs: Shows the number of scheduled songs. Tap to view the list.
• Karaoke Screen: Appears when no external display is connected. Tap to switch to a full karaoke screen. Tap again to return to the main screen.
• Exit: Leaves karaoke mode and returns to the home screen.
• Bluetooth: Connect external devices via Bluetooth.
• QR Code: Displays a QR code to connect with the MAGICSING mobile app.

Using the MAGICSING App:

1. Install the App: Scan the "Download QR" code to install the MAGICSING App.
2. Pairing: Open the app, go to "Configuration", select "Scan QR code", and scan the QR code displayed on the TV.
3. Usage: After pairing, the app screen color changes from orange to blue. Select a song to play on TV or phone.

Subscribe to the MAGICSING App for unlimited access to over 300,000 songs. Without a subscription, songs can be previewed for 30 seconds.

Karaoke Screen Details

• Song Lyrics: Displays lyrics synchronized with the music.
• Sheet Music: Shows the melody's musical score.
• Real-time Score: Displays live scores for each microphone if enabled.
