Overview

This section provides a visual overview of the OPPO Enco W31 True Wireless Headphones and their accessories.The diagram illustrates the two earbuds placed within their charging case.Key components are labeled:

• Indicator: A status light on the charging case.
• Function Button: A button on the charging case used for pairing and other functions.

Bluetooth Pairing

To pair your OPPO Enco W31 headphones with a device:

1. When using for the first time, open the charging case. The headphones will automatically start pairing.
2. Enable Bluetooth on your device:
   • Normal Pairing: On your device's Bluetooth interface, search for and select "OPPO Enco W31".
   • Quick Pairing: Hold the headphones near an unlocked OPPO phone and follow the on-screen instructions.

Automatic Connection

After the initial pairing record has been created, the headphones will automatically connect to your device when the charging case is opened.

Pairing with New Devices

With the headphones in the charging case and the lid open, press and hold the Function Button ? until the indicator light ? blinks. The headphones are then available for pairing with a new device.

Wearing Detection

When listening to music with both earbuds, music playback will pause if either earbud is removed. Music playback will resume when the removed earbud is worn again.

Touch Control

• During media playback, double-tap the right earbud to play the next track.
• Double-tap the left earbud to switch audio effects.
• During a call, double-tap to answer or end the call.

Audio Effects

To switch audio effects, double-tap the left earbud:

• Balance mode: Excellent audio balanced for every frequency.
• Bass mode: Enhanced, rich, and smooth bass.

Charging

Check charge status

The indicator light ? shows the charging status of the headphones when they are in the charging case. Otherwise, it shows the charging status of the charging case itself.The indicator color indicates the battery level: Red ? for low battery, yellow ? for medium power, and green ? for high battery.If the charging case battery is low (indicator is red ?), it can only provide one full charge for the headphones at most. Charge the charging case promptly.

Charge the headphones

The headphones charge automatically when placed in the charging case.⚠️ If the device is left idle for long periods, charge it every two months to ensure proper functionality.

Charge the Charging Case

Use the USB-C cable ? to charge the charging case. The indicator light ? will illuminate during charging.

Resetting

1. Place the headphones in the charging case and open the lid.
2. Press and hold the Function Button ? for 15 seconds until the indicator light ? flashes red three times. The headphones will then be restored to factory settings.
