Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) KARX Dock software cannot run The KARX Dock client supports the following operating system versions. If you cannot run the program, please upgrade to the appropriate operating system. Windows: Windows 10, Windows 11 Mac: macOS 10.15+ (Apple silicon, Intel chip) Unable to make or receive calls via KARX Dock, and missed call alerts Please check your phone to ensure it is currently connected to a Bluetooth device that starts with "KARX", and that the desktop application is running. If the problem persists, try re-pairing the Bluetooth connection and restarting the desktop application. Failed to sync phone contacts You need to allow the Bluetooth device that starts with "KARX" to access your phone contacts. The system will automatically sync your phone contacts shortly after. Unable to initiate computer recording KARX Dock can record most audio content from the computer. Ensure KARX Dock is properly connected to your computer. If the issue persists, try reconnecting KARX Dock and restarting the desktop application. PAGE 5 Why can't I enable meeting recording during a phone call recording? The system supports only one recording channel. If you need to enable computer recording, please hang up the phone or switch the call to your phone before starting the meeting recording.
