Unable to Connect Troubleshooting 1.When adding a new device, click on the top corner device list to refresh the device. 2.Check if the power supply of the light strip is normal. 3.Check if the Bluetooth is turn on. 4.Check if there are other mobile phone are connected, Bluetooth 4.0 only support connections one to many, does not support many to many. 5.Check the APP Bluetooth settings if the phone can't connect to the device, if unable to connect, please exit the APP and reopen, then the APP will automatically paired the light strip. 6.During normal operations and unable to connect, please exit the APP and reopen. 7.Exit APP, restart mobile phone, then power on the strip light, reopen the APP, then them will connect automatically. Attentions 1.
