Read all instructions thoroughly before first use, even if you are familiar with this type of product. The safety precautions mentioned in this manual reduce the risk of burns, fire, electric shock, and injury when correctly followed. Keep this manual in a safe place for future reference, along with the purchase receipt and packaging. If applicable, pass these instructions onto the next owner of this product.

- WARNING! This signal symbol/word designates a hazard with moderate risk, which may result in death or severe injury if not avoided.

- NOTICE! This signal word warns of possible damage to property.
- CAUTION: HOT SURFACE! The surfaces are likely to get hot during use. This location include below parts:

Safety Precautions
When using electrical products, to reduce the risk of personal injury or damage to property, basic safety precautions must be observed, including the following:
- Read carefully and save all the instructions provided with this product.
Proper Use
The product is exclusively designed for keeping cooked foods warm. It is intended to be used in household or similar applications such as:
- Staff kitchens, areas in shops, offices and other working environments.
- Farm houses.
- By clients in hotels, motels and other residential type environments.
- Bed and breakfast type environments.
Only use the product as described in this user manual. Any other use is considered improper and may result in damage to property or persons. The manufacturer or vendor cannot be held liable for damages or injury incurred through improper or incorrect use.
WARNING! Risk of injury! If you do not use the product properly, there is an increased risk of injury.
- This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
- Keep the product and its cord out of reach of children less than 8 years.
- This product is for indoor use only.
- Do not leave the product unattended while in use.
- Disconnect the power cord from the power outlet when the product is not in use.
- Make sure that children do not play with the plastic wrapping. They may get caught in it when playing and suffocate.
- If the mains cord of the product is damaged, the manufacturer, the customer service team or a person with similar qualifications must replace it to avoid risks.
- Do not use the product with an external timer or separate remote-control system.
- The product must not be immersed in water for cleaning.
- Make sure that no liquids drip onto or spill over the base of the product.
- When cleaning surfaces that do not come into contact with food, follow the instructions as described in the chapter "Cleaning”.
- Only use the product for its intended purpose. Improper use will increase the risk of injury.
- Never touch the product during or immediately after operation. The surface is subject to residual heat after use. Make sure other users are also aware of the danger. If necessary, use oven gloves or potholders.
- The heating element surface and body is subject to residual heat after use. Accessible parts of this product get hot during operation and retain heat for some time after turning off. Always use the handles and knobs and allow metal parts to cool before cleaning. Keep the power cord away from hot parts.
- Food should not be kept in the trays for longer than 3 hours.
- WARNING: Do not place the lids directly on a hot surface.
- WARNING: Do not put the warming tray directly on an induction cooker or stove.
WARNING! Risk of electric shock! A faulty electrical installation, excessive line voltage, or incorrect operation may result in an electric shock.
- Only connect the product if the line voltage of the socket corresponds to the data on the rating plate.
- Only connect the product to an easily accessible socket so that you can quickly disconnect it from the power supply in the event of a problem.
- Do not use the product if it is damaged or if the mains cord or plug is defective.
- Do not open the housing; instead, have a qualified professional perform repairs. Contact a qualified workshop for this. Liability and warranty claims are waived in the event of repairs performed by the user, improper connection or incorrect operation.
- Only parts that comply with the original device data may be used for repairs. This product contains electrical and mechanical parts which are essential for providing protection against sources of danger.
- Do not immerse the product, the base or the mains cord in water or other liquids.
- Never touch the mains plug with wet or damp hands.
- Do not pull the mains plug with wet or damp hands.
- Do not pull the mains plug out of the socket by the cord, instead always pull it out by the plug itself.
- Never move, pull, or carry the product by its mains cord.
- Keep the product, and mains cord away from open flames and hot surfaces.
- Lay the mains cord so that it does not pose a tripping hazard.
- Do not kink the mains cord and do not lay it over sharp edges.
- Only use the product indoors. Do not use the product in damp rooms or in the rain.
- Do not place the product such that there is a risk of it falling into a tub or sink.
- Never reach to retrieve an electrical device if it has fallen into water. In such cases, immediately disconnect the mains plug.
- Never insert any objects into the housing.
- Always switch the product off and unplug it when you are not using it, when you intend to clean it, or in the event of a malfunction.
- If an extension cord is required, make sure it is suitable for the product with matching input power.
- If you notice any smoke, unusual noises or strange smells, switch off the product immediately and remove the mains pug from the socket. If this occurs, do not use the product and contact Customer Service.
WARNING! Risk of injury! If you do not use the product properly there is an increased risk of injury.
- Never use the product near curtains, walls, under cupboards or near other flammable materials.
- Always leave a free space of approximately 20cm around the exterior of the product while in use.
- Do not move the product during use.
WARNING! Risk of damage! Improper handling of the product may result in damage to the product.
- Place the product on an easily accessible, level, dry, heat resistant and stable surface. Do not place the product on the edge of the surface.
- Avoid a build-up of heat by not placing the product directly up against a wall or under cupboards or similar.
- Keep the product and the mains cord away from open flames, such as gas or electric burners and hot surfaces.
- Do not place the product on or near a hot gas or electric burner, in a heated oven or near any other heat sources.
- Never cover the product during use.
- Never attempt to clean the product by immersing the product in water and do not use a steam cleaner to clean it. Otherwise, you could damage the product.
- Never place any parts of the product in a dishwasher to clean it. This will damage the product and accessories and void your warranty.
- Stop using the product if its parts exhibit cracks or breaks or are deformed. Only replace damaged parts with corresponding original spare parts.
- Never place your hand over the steam vents or cover when the product is in operation.
- It is imperative to unplug the power cord after the product has been used, before it is cleaned and whilst being repaired.
- Do not touch hot surfaces, use handles or knobs when using the product.
- The temperature of accessible surfaces may be high when the product is operating.
- CAUTION! Hot Surface. Surfaces are likely to get hot during use. Take care when using the product.
WARNING!
- To reduce the risk of electric shock, do not immerse or expose the product, flexible cord or plug to rain, moisture, or any liquid.
- Do not use the product near baths, basins or other vessels containing water or other liquids, or when standing in or on damp or wet surfaces.
- In the event that the product is dropped into water, turn off the power at the power outlet and remove the plug immediately. DO NOT REACH INTO THE WATER TO RETRIEVE IT UNTIL IT HAS BEEN DISCONNECTED FROM THE POWER OUTLET.
- It is important to note that the product will have to be inspected by a qualified technician before using it again.

Instructions
BEFORE FIRST USE
- Carefully unpack the product and remove any packaging or protective stickers.
- Ensure to read all instructions carefully and keep them for future use.
- Clean the warming trays and lids in warm soapy water and dry thoroughly. Do not use any abrasive cleaning materials as this will damage the product.
DO NOT IMMERSE THE PRODUCT BASE IN WATER
- Wipe the base with a soft damp cloth and dry thoroughly.
- Place the product on a flat, level, heat resistant surface ready for use.
INSTRUCTIONS
NOTE: There will be a faint smell when using the product for the first time, but this is quite normal and will fade with each use.
WARNING! The product will get hot during use, please use extreme caution when using the product.
- Connect the product to the power outlet. Turn the temperature control dial from MIN (Minimum temperature) to MAX (Maximum temperature). The power indicator light will illuminate red and will turn OFF when the desired temperature is reached.
- Place the prepared food into each of the warming trays and adjust the temperature control to the desired temperature. The indicator light will cycle ON and OFF whilst maintaining the correct temperature. It is not recommended to keep this product ON for more than 6-8 hours at any one time.
- After use, unplug the product from the power outlet and allow to cool down completely.
USING THE WARMING BASE WITHOUT THE WARMING TRAYS
- Place the warming base on a flat, stable and heat resistant surface.
- Connect the product to the power outlet. Turn the temperature control dial from MIN (Minimum temperature) to MAX (Maximum temperature). The power indicator light will illuminate red and will turn OFF when the desired temperature is reached.
- Pre-heat the product for 10 minutes.
- Food warmed on the tray must be pre-cooked and already hot as this product is not designed for heating from cold or frozen.
- When you have finished using the product, disconnect it from the power outlet and allow to cool down completely before cleaning and storing.
TIPS
- It is important to maintain all cooked foods to a minimum of 60°C over an extended period of time to help prevent any food borne illness.
- It is recommended to periodically check the temperature of the food with a food thermometer while serving.
- All foods have different consistencies so depending on what you are serving you may have to adjust the temperature lower or higher to maintain a minimum temperature of 60°C.
- Temperatures may fluctuate as the food is being served and the contents of the warming trays are emptied.
- You may adjust the temperature accordingly to avoid over or under heating the prepared food.
- Metallic objects such as knives, forks, spoons and lids should not be placed on the warming tray or base since they can get hot.
Cleaning and Maintenance
WARNING! Risk of Injury! Improper handling of the product may increase the risk of injury.
- To avoid risk of electric shock, always unplug the product before cleaning.
- To avoid the risk of electric shock, do not allow liquids to get on to the mains connections.
- The product will get hot during operation. Let the product cool down completely before each cleaning to avoid burns.
CAUTION! Risk of short circuit! Water or other liquids that have penetrated the housing may cause a short circuit.
- Make sure that no water or other liquids penetrate the housing.
- Never immerse the product in water or other liquids.
CAUTION! Risk of damage! Improper handling of the product may result in damage.
- Do not use any aggressive cleaners, brushes with metal or nylon bristles, or sharp or metallic cleaning utensils such as knives, hard scrapers and the like. They could damage the surfaces.
- Do not put the product in the dishwasher, as this will destroy the product.
- CAUTION! Always ensure that the product is unplugged from the mains power supply and has thoroughly cooled before cleaning or storing.
- Remove each warming tray and lid and wash in warm soapy water. Rinse well and dry thoroughly.
- Wash the warming base with a damp sponge and dry well. DO NOT use any abrasive cleaning agents or allow water to spill or seep into the base. NEVER immerse the warning base, cord or plug in water or any other liquid.
- Reassemble the product and store in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight and in a place not accessible by children.
STORAGE
- All parts must be completely dry before being stored.
- Always store the product in a dry and clean area.
- Protect the product from direct sunlight.
- Store the product so that it is not accessible to children.

The warranty will no longer apply where the defect is a result of alteration, accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect.

Warranty claims and claims for expenses incurred in returning this product can be addressed with the respective Customer Service Centre.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
