Recipes

Icing Doughnuts

Ingredients:

  • 200g All-purpose flour (2 cups)
  • 2g Baking powder (3/4 tsp)
  • 150g Softened butter (2/3 cup)

  • 110g Eggs (2)
  • 1/4 cup Natural yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp Butter flavor

Instructions:

  1. Sift flour and baking powder together. Set aside.
  2. Combine softened butter, sugar, eggs, yogurt, and butter flavor in a food processor. Process until well combined.
  3. Add flour in two parts, alternating with the yogurt mixture, folding gently until just combined.
  4. Lightly grease both top and bottom molds with vegetable oil.
  5. Preheat the donut maker. Wait for the red indicator light to turn off.
  6. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of batter into each well. Bake for 1 1/2 – 2 minutes or until cooked. Serve immediately.

Note: This recipe yields approximately 20 pieces.
