Internal Appliance Features

(* Equipment depends on the model)

AdaptTech

This smart system is designed to maintain a constant temperature in the refrigerator, regardless of how often its doors are opened. It continuously monitors your refrigerator's usage and controls the temperature to prevent possible temperature increases, thereby ensuring long-term food freshness and reducing energy consumption.

Air Distribution System *

The advanced ventilation system evenly distributes air and equalizes the temperature throughout the entire cooling compartment. It also ensures optimal air circulation and the best conditions for storing your food.

Slider for Converting the Low-Temperature Drawer into a Fruit and Vegetable Drawer *

Low-Temperature Drawer *

(only on some models)

This compartment allows storing a wide range of fresh food for three times longer than conventional refrigerators. Food stays fresh longer and retains its taste and nutrients. The temperature in this compartment depends on the refrigerator's temperature setting, ambient temperature, door opening frequency, and the amount of food stored in it.

Fruit and Vegetable Drawer with Humidity Control *

The drawer at the bottom of the refrigerator is for storing fruits or vegetables. It ensures humidity and prevents them from drying out. The drawer has an integrated humidity regulator that allows setting the humidity level.

If you notice condensation droplets forming under the glass shelf, open the ventilation openings and wipe the shelf (see chapter TROUBLESHOOTING).

Bottle Rack *

Some models also have a wire bottle holder. It is protected against accidental removal. It can only be pulled out when empty. To pull it out, lift it slightly at the back, pull it towards you, push slightly downwards at the front, and pull the holder out of the appliance.

The holder can hold a maximum load of nine 0.75-liter bottles or 13 kilograms of total weight – see the label on the right side inside the appliance.

Shelves

Empty shelves can be rearranged inside the appliance as you see fit. To move or remove them from the appliance, lift them slightly at the back, pull them towards you, push them down at the front, and then slide or pull them out of the appliance.

Store food with a short expiry date at the back of the compartment, where the temperature is lowest.

Door Racks

The inner side of the refrigerator door is equipped with compartments for storing cheese, butter, eggs, yogurts, and other smaller packages, tubes, cans, etc.

You can rearrange them freely by lifting the shelf out of its slots and placing it back in another desired position.

The bottom compartment in the door is for storing bottles.

The maximum load for each door compartment is 5 kg.

Recommended Food Placement

Defrosting Frozen Food

Appliance Defrosting (Total NoFrost)

The modern Total NoFrost technology in the freezer compartment prevents ice formation and frost accumulation on food, thus enabling economical operation, greater visibility, and full use of space.

In the refrigerator compartment, it prevents food from drying out by maintaining humidity and freshness.

Defrosting of the refrigerator and freezer compartments is automatic, eliminating the need for time-consuming manual defrosting and cleaning.

Cleaning the Appliance

⚠️ WARNING! Before cleaning, disconnect the appliance from the mains – switch off the appliance (see chapter Switching the Appliance On/Off) and unplug the power cable from the socket.

Troubleshooting

Problem:Cause or Solution:
Appliance not working after connecting to the power supply:
  • Ensure the socket is live and the appliance is switched on.
Cooling system running continuously for a long time:
  • Too high ambient temperature.
  • Doors are opened too often or remain open for too long.
  • Doors are not closed properly (possible dirt on the seal, improper door latching, damaged seal, etc.).
  • Too much fresh food has been stored in the appliance.
  • The sensor (A) in the refrigerator is blocked by food. Ensure air can circulate around the sensor (on some models only).
Excessive ice buildup on the rear wall of the refrigerator compartment may be caused by:
  • Doors are opened too often or remain open for too long.
  • Warm food was stored in the refrigerator.
  • Food or containers are touching the rear wall of the refrigerator compartment.
  • Poor door seal. If the seal is dirty or damaged, clean or replace it.
Occurrence of ice or frost in the freezer:
  • Doors were opened for too long or too often.
  • Doors are not closed properly.
  • Doors do not seal properly (seal is dirty, doors are not level, seal is damaged, etc.).
  • Manually defrost the appliance.
Condensate (condensation) on the drawer above the boxes:
  • This is a temporary phenomenon that cannot be completely avoided at higher ambient temperatures and higher humidity. When the temperature and humidity return to normal, the condensation will also disappear. We recommend cleaning the boxes more often and wiping away condensation.
  • Humidity control slider is open.
  • Store food in boxes or other containers with good sealing.
Drops on the rear wall of the cooling part:
  • This phenomenon is normal, as during automatic defrosting of the refrigerator, droplets form, which then flow through the opening in the rear wall of the refrigerator into the container above the compressor, from where they evaporate.
Water dripping/flowing from the refrigerator:
  • Clogged water drain hole or water dripping around the trough. Clean the blocked hole, e.g., using a plastic straw.
  • When a thick layer of ice forms, manually defrost the appliance (see Defrosting the appliance).
Doors are difficult to open:
  • When you try to open the refrigerator door after closing it, it is difficult. As you open the door, a certain amount of cold air escapes the appliance and is replaced by warm air from the surroundings. When this air cools down, it generates negative pressure, resulting in problematic door opening. After a few minutes, the conditions normalize, and the doors open easily again.
Appliance sides are warm:
  • This is normal, as pipes are installed on the sides of the appliance that heat up slightly during operation.
LED light not working:
  • If the LED lights do not work, call a service technician. Do not attempt to repair the LED lights yourself, as there is a risk of electric shock!
C1 displayed:
  • Error C1 is displayed if the freezer compartment door is open for more than 10 minutes. To clear the error, close the door. If error C1 is still displayed despite the door being closed, there is a fault with the door sensor. To resolve the problem, call a service center.
C2 displayed:
  • Error C2 is displayed if the refrigerator compartment door is open for more than 10 minutes. To clear the error, close the door. If error C2 is still displayed despite the door being closed, there is a fault with the door sensor. To resolve the problem, call a service center.
C3 displayed:
  • Error C3 is displayed if the refrigerator or freezer compartment door is open for more than 10 minutes. To clear the error, close the door. If error C3 is still displayed despite the door being closed, there is a fault with the door sensor. To resolve the problem, call a service center.
Ec or Er displayed:
  • Buttons are unresponsive to touch. Call for service to rectify the fault. Until the appliance is repaired, it will operate in safe mode. The appliance will automatically maintain the most suitable temperature for each compartment.
E0 displayed:
  • Ambient temperature sensor is malfunctioning. To resolve the problem, call a service center. The appliance will operate in safe mode until repaired by a service technician. The appliance automatically maintains the most suitable temperature for each compartment.
E1 displayed:
  • Refrigerator temperature sensor is faulty. To resolve the problem, call a service center. The appliance will operate in safe mode until repaired by a service technician. The appliance automatically maintains the most suitable temperature for each compartment.

E4 displayed:
  • Freezer evaporator sensor is faulty. To resolve the problem, call a service center. The appliance will operate in safe mode until repaired by a service technician. The appliance automatically maintains the most suitable temperature for each compartment.
En displayed:
  • WiFi module is faulty. To resolve the problem, call a service center.
F0 displayed:
  • Condenser fan is faulty. To resolve the problem, call a service center. The appliance cannot operate normally. Move food to a cool place and switch off the appliance.
F1 or F2 displayed:
  • Compartment fan has failed. Contact a service center to rectify the fault. The appliance may not operate normally. Move all food to a cool place and switch off the appliance.

If the above tips do not resolve your problem, call the nearest authorized service center and provide the type, model, and serial number on the appliance's rating plate or the label inside the appliance.
