Installation Overview

Proper installation is crucial for the SOIL-CLIK system's performance. Key steps include:

1. Selecting an appropriate zone for probe placement, ideally in the fastest-drying area with full sun exposure.
2. Installing the probe at the correct depth within the root zone.
3. Connecting the probe to the SOIL-CLIK module using 18 AWG direct burial wire (up to 1000 ft).
4. Mounting the module within 6 ft (2 m) of the host controller, in a protected location if possible.
5. Wiring the module to the controller based on the controller model (X-Core, Pro-C, I-Core, ACC).

Operation and Programming
