Step 2: Plug in the power supply first and check whether the light can be used normally. 5 Step 3: If you need to wrap the lights around the door post, do not unwind the lights (In order to facilitate transportation, the string lights will be fixed into a column). Find the plug first and unwind part of the light along the plug. Make sure to leave enough slack for the plug to reach an extension cord or electrical outlet. Step 4: The rest of the light is recommended not to unwind, pick up string lights and starting at the bottom of door post, slowly winding on the door post or tree.
