Product Description
The ALGAINE Alu facilitates the connection between a rigid duct system and a terminal. The inclusion of polyester between the aluminum layers ensures improved airtightness and mechanical resistance to tearing of the sheath when compared to 100% aluminum conduits.
Application Areas
Residential collective housing, new construction, renovation, tertiary sector premises.
Installation
- Connection to the spigot or plenum collar is achieved by simple push-fit.
- Airtightness is ensured by using aluminum tape (type RAA).
- Mechanical fastening is done using a clamp, such as a polyvalent clamp or CSF clamp.
- Joining two lengths is done using an RM (male connector).
