To charge your earphones and case:
- Place the earphones into the charging case.
- Close the charging case lid.
- Connect the USB charging cable to the charging case.

Pairing Instructions
Connect your earphones to your device:
- Open the charging case.
- Take out the earphones. They will automatically power on and enter pairing mode.
- On your mobile device, enable Bluetooth.
- Search for available devices and select "NE36".
- Connection successful.

- Previous Track: Double tap the touch control area on the left earphone. ⬅️
- Volume Up: Triple tap the touch control area on the right earphone. ➕
- Volume Down: Triple tap the touch control area on the left earphone. ➖
- Answer/End Call: Single tap the touch control area on either earphone. ?
- Reject Incoming Call: Press and hold the touch control area for 2 seconds. ??

Troubleshooting
Issue: Earphones not connecting to device.
Solution: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device. Make sure the earphones are charged and within range. Try forgetting the device in your Bluetooth settings and re-pairing.
Issue: No sound or low volume.
Solution: Check the volume level on both your device and the earphones. Ensure the earphones are properly seated in your ears. Clean the ear tips if necessary.
Issue: Battery not charging.
Solution: Ensure the charging cable is securely connected to both the case and a power source. Check if the charging port is clean. Try a different USB cable or power adapter.
Issue: One earphone not working.
Solution: Place both earphones back into the charging case, close the lid, wait for 10 seconds, and then take them out again. This may reset the connection.
Warranty Information
HTC warrants this product against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of original retail purchase.
