Introduction
Thank you for purchasing the OSD BLACK SRT4 4-Zone Wi-Fi Smart Streamer. This multi-zone pre-amp is ideal for commercial and residential applications. The SRT4 is compatible with the OSD Player app for control over all your zones individually or all zones together in multi-room audio mode.

SRT4 Features
Front Panel
The front panel features:
- Zone Audio Source Indicators: These LEDs indicate the current audio source for each zone.
- Blue: Wi-Fi
- Red: Line-In
- Purple: USB or Optical
- Zone Power Indicators: Indicate the power status of each zone.
- Power Switch: Controls the power to the unit.
The front panel layout includes a power switch on the left, followed by four sets of zone audio source indicators (Blue for Wi-Fi, Red for Line-In, Purple for USB/Optical) and zone power indicators. The OSD BLACK logo and model name 'SRT4 4-ZONE STREAMING MEDIA SERVER' are on the right.
Rear Panel
The rear panel provides the following connections:
- RS-485: For RS-485 connectivity.
- Digital In (Bus Input): Digital optical input.
- Line In 1 (Bus Input): RCA stereo input.
- Line In 2 (Bus Input): RCA stereo input.
- Line Out (Zone 1-4): RCA stereo output for each zone.
- Digital Out (Zone 1-4): Digital optical output for each zone.
- USB Input (Zone 1-4): For reading U disk function; does not support USB charging.
- WPS button (Zone 1-4): Press to connect to WPS-enabled networks.
- Ethernet: LAN input for network connection.
- DC In: Power input, 12V/1.5A.

Getting Started
Remove the SRT4 from the box and inspect it for any damage. Ensure all package contents are accounted for. Place the SRT4 in your desired location and plug the included power supply into the SRT4 and an available outlet. The next step is to connect the SRT4 to your network for streaming and control of each zone using the OSD Player app.
Wi-Fi Connectivity: Wireless Multi-Room Audio
- Download and install the OSD app by searching "OSD Player" in the app store or Google Play store.
- Follow the setup instructions in the OSD app to connect to your Wi-Fi network. Each zone will need to be connected to the Wi-Fi router individually; repeat setup instructions for zones 1-4.
LAN Connectivity
- Download and install the OSD app by searching "OSD Player" in the app store or Google Play store.
- Connect the SRT4 to your router using the RJ45 Ethernet port on the rear panel.
- LAN connection will automatically set up all zones. Ensure your mobile device is connected to the same network and open the OSD Player control app.
Basic System Diagram & Connection Options
The system diagram illustrates a typical setup. A 'ROUTER' is connected via Ethernet to the SRT4. 'USB MEDIA' and 'SOURCE INPUTS' connect to the SRT4. The SRT4 then connects to 'AMPLIFIER OR ACTIVE SPEAKERS'. The diagram visually represents the SRT4 unit with its various input and output ports.
FCC Warnings and Warranty
Warranty
OSD BLACK offers a limited 2-year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Proof of purchase is required. OSD BLACK will replace any defective unit or component at its discretion, excluding damage from misuse or neglect.
FCC Compliance
This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. The equipment generates, uses, and can radiate radio frequency energy.
