Device Overview

Front Panel

The front panel features a Power Button, Volume Up/Down buttons, and an LED Indicator.

Power Button: Press and hold for 3 seconds to turn the device on or off. A short press can play/pause audio or answer/end calls.

Volume Up/Down Buttons: Used to adjust the audio volume.

LED Indicator: Displays the device status: flashing blue (pairing mode), solid blue (connected), flashing red/blue (TX/RX mode active), solid red (charging), red light off (fully charged).

Side Panel

The side panel includes the 3.5mm audio jack and the TX/RX switch.

3.5mm Audio Jack: Connect this to your audio source (e.g., TV, computer) or audio output (e.g., speaker, headphones).

TX/RX Switch: Toggle between Transmitter (TX) mode to send audio wirelessly, and Receiver (RX) mode to receive audio wirelessly.

Transmitter Mode (TX)

Connect the Skywave BTR318 to your TV or audio source using the 3.5mm audio cable.
Set the TX/RX switch to the 'TX' position.
Press and hold the Power Button for 3 seconds until the LED flashes blue, indicating it is on and ready to pair.
Turn on your Bluetooth headphones or speaker and put them into pairing mode.
The Skywave BTR318 will automatically search for and connect to your Bluetooth device. A solid blue LED indicates a successful connection.

Receiver Mode (RX)

Connect the Skywave BTR318 to your non-Bluetooth speaker or car stereo system using the 3.5mm audio cable.
Set the TX/RX switch to the 'RX' position.
Press and hold the Power Button for 3 seconds until the LED flashes blue, indicating it is on and ready to pair.
On your smartphone or tablet, navigate to Bluetooth settings and select 'Skywave BTR318' from the list of available devices.
Once paired, a solid blue LED indicates a successful connection. Audio from your smartphone will now play through your connected speaker.
