Unplug from power cord from back of delivery system. 1 Step 2: Release pressure from pressure tank by holding cloth on tube and opening valve. Step 3: Move toggle switch for water bottles to middle position to release pressure from water bottles. 1 2 1 2 1 3 3 Drawer Slide Clips 2 Step 4: Remove both water bottles from the dental delivery system. Step 5: Remove mat from lid. Open top lid by pulling lever back and lifting lid all the way up. Step 6: Pull side storage out. Loosen water valve nuts (3) and remove trim nuts (3) from needle valves. Remove needle valves (3) and label as needed. Step 8b: 5 handpiece Loosen set screws (4) and remove control knobs. Loosen water valve nuts (4) and remove trim nuts (4) from needle valves. Remove needle valves (4) and label as needed. 4 4 2 1 3 3 3 1 2 Step 9: Remove knob cap and loosen knob clamp screw. Remove knob and clear indicator disk from switch. Remove nut (1) and washer (1) from switch and remove switch. Step 10: Remove nuts (2) from gauge bracket and remove gauge bracket. Loosen and remove fitting and gasket from gauge. Remove gauge. Step 11: Remove fiber optics module and scaler module from PC board cover and place in delivery system out of the way. Step 13: Remove upper front cover. 1 2 3 3 2 1 Step 14: Install upper front cover and ensure tabs are under front and side covers as shown. 1 2 3 4 2 Step 15: Connect wire harness from main PC board to water level LED PC board. Install water level LED PC board onto screws under front panel. Secure with hex nuts (4). Step 16: Install water level PC Board cover and secure with hex nuts (2). Step 17: insert gauge into upper front cover. Install fitting and gasket onto gauge. Install knob and indicator disk onto switch. Tighten knob clamp screw and install knob cap. Step 19a: 4 handpiece Insert needle valves (3) into upper front cover. Install trim nuts (3) onto needle valves and tighten water valve nuts (3). Install control knobs and tighten set screws (3). Step 19b: 5 handpiece Insert needle valves (4) into upper front cover. Install trim nuts (4) onto needle valves and tighten water valve nuts (4). Install control knobs and tighten set screws (4). Fiber Optics Module 2 Scaler Module 2 1 1 Step 20: Install screws (4) to handpiece bracket. Step 21: Move and secure fiber optics module and scaler module to PC board top cover. Step 22: Line up slides and push side storage all the way in so slides engage. Install mat onto lid. Step 24: Install both water bottles onto delivery system. Move toggle switch to add pressure to water bottle for use. Step 25: Plug in power cord to back of delivery system.
