U-Air Wireless Earbuds User Guide

Getting Started

1. Take out the earbuds. They will automatically power on.
2. Open your phone's Bluetooth settings and click on "+U-Air+" to pair the earbuds.

Resetting the Earbuds

If you encounter any connection or function problems, please reset the earbuds by following these steps:

1. Delete the "+U-Air+" Bluetooth pairing information from your phone's settings.
2. Place the earbuds into the charging case to charge.
3. Take the earbuds out of the charging case and wait for approximately 20 seconds.

Note: If the above reset procedure does not resolve the issue, please try again.

Operation

Play/Pause: Click the touch area on the earbuds twice (X2). [play/pause-symbol]

Switch Song: Click the touch area on the right earbud three times (X3). [next-track-symbol]

Adjust Volume: Click the touch area on the left earbud three times (X3). [volume-up-symbol]

Power On/Off (When no connected): Press and hold the touch area for 2 seconds (X2). [power-symbol]

Answer/Hang up Call: Click the touch area once (X1). [phone-symbol]

Voice Assistant: Click the touch area twice (X2). [voice-assistant-symbol]

Problem Handling

• Cannot be connected but there is no sound: Ensure the volume is turned up by clicking the right earbud.
• One earbud cannot be charged: Clean the charging contacts on both the earbuds and the charging case.
• One earbud cannot be connected: Reset the earbuds as described in the "Resetting the Earbuds" section.

If the earbuds cannot be charged, please activate your warranty and contact the manufacturer for a replacement product.

Regularly clean the charging contacts of the earbuds and charging case to prevent charging failures. [cleaning-symbol]

Safety Instructions

1. Keep the product away from extremely hot and cold environments to prevent damage to the battery and circuitry.
2. Avoid immersing the product in liquids.
3. Do not disassemble the product.
4. Do not use concentrated chemical products or detergents to clean the product.
5. Use only a 5V/1A power supply. Connecting a power supply with a higher voltage may cause serious damage.
6. Do not discard the product randomly or place it near fire or high temperatures to avoid the risk of explosion.
