This document provides instructions for the CM4 Mini hidden camera, a compact surveillance device designed for discreet monitoring.

Keys and Indicators
- Power key ?: Press to start the device; press and hold for 3 seconds to shut down.
- WiFi reset key ⚙️: Press and hold for 3 seconds to reset the WiFi connection.
- Reset key ?: Use a needle to press this key through the hole to shut down the device.
- Blue indicator ?: Indicates the device is started and working. It changes from flickering to a constant light upon successful WiFi connection.
- Red indicator ?: Indicates the device is charging.
Steps for Use
1. Charging
Use a 5V/1A adaptor to charge the device. The red indicator ? remains on during charging and turns off when fully charged. It is recommended to charge the battery for 2 hours before the first use.
3. Download and Install Application
To use the camera, download and install the "LXCamera" application. This can be done by scanning a QR code (visual description: a QR code is presented for download) or by searching for "LXCamera" in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. The app requires Android 5.0 or above, or iOS 10.0 or above.

4. WiFi Connection
- Press the camera's power key ?. The blue indicator ? will start flickering, indicating it's ready for network connection.
- On your mobile phone, go to Wi-Fi settings and connect to the camera's hotspot, typically named "JH AP XXXXXXXX".
- Open the LXCamera app.
- Tap the "+" icon to bring up connection options, then select "WIFI add device".
- Select your home Wi-Fi router from the list, enter the Wi-Fi password, and tap "NEXT" ➡️.
- Enter a name for your device and tap "CONFIRM" ✔️.
- The blue indicator ? will turn solid once the WiFi connection is successful.
Note: The device only supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi networks. 5GHz networks are not supported.

5. Introduction to APP Functional Modules

The main interface of the LXCamera app provides controls for camera operation:

7. Explanation of the Function of Setting Interface
- Video Flip Vertical/Horizontal: Applies a 180-degree mirror image effect to the video feed.

8. Introduction of Device Functional Modules
- Hibernation and Wake-up ?/?: When connected to the network, the device automatically enters hibernation mode after the app is closed or runs in the background. Opening the app again wakes up the device. If wake-up fails due to network issues or crashes, use the reset key ? to shut down, then power on and reset the WiFi ⚙️.
- Cyclic Recording ?: The camera saves video files every 3 minutes. When the SD card is full, new recordings will overwrite the oldest files.
- Night-vision Infrared Light ?: The infrared light can be controlled via the app or automatically based on ambient light detection. It provides illumination for areas up to 3 meters. When infrared light is on, recordings are in grayscale; when off, they are in color.
SD Card Support: The device supports Micro SD cards from 8GB to 128GB, formatted as FAT32 with Class 10 speed.
