Assembly Instructions for Signal Connector (12-pin Socket)
Step A:
- Slide the clamping ring and cable clamp with seal onto the cable. (For easier assembly, use insertion mandrel Part No. FC6CX004100X).
- Strip the cable to 24 mm.
- Slide the shield back over the cable.
Step B:
- Strip 5 mm of the wires.
Step C:
- Place the shield element.
- Wrap the protruding shielding around the shield element.
Step D:
- Solder the wires into the contacts.
Step E:
- Snap the insulating body onto the insulating body with the coding groove.
- Slide the insulating body with the coding groove into the connector housing.
- Screw the clamp onto the connector housing.
