OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
DXBC15002 / DXBC15004 RATCHET STRAP
READ ALL WARNINGS CAREFULLY AND COMPLY WITH ALL WARNINGS. FAILURE TO DO SO MAY RESULT IN DAMAGE TO THIS PRODUCT, PERSONAL PROPERTY AND/OR PERSONAL INJURY.
*DO NOT EXCEED THE WORKING LOAD LIMIT OF THE STRAP; TAKING INTO ACCOUNT THE STRAP, THE LOAD, THE VEHICLE ANCHOR POINTS, STRAP CONFIGURATION AND ANGLE, ETC.
TO TIGHTEN:
WITH RATCHET CLOSED, THREAD STRAP THROUGH THE SLOT IN THE CENTER OF THE RATCHET DRUM.

PULL WEBBING THROUGH, REMOVING THE SLACK.

TO TIGHTEN, RAISE AND LOWER RATCHET HANDLE; DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN. (MAKE SURE TO HAVE A MINIMUM OF 2 FULL WRAPS OF WEBBING AROUND THE DRUM.)

KEEP RATCHET IN CLOSED POSITION TO LOCK.

TO RELEASE:
PULL UP ON THE RELEASE BAR AND HOLD.

WITH THE RELEASE PULLED UP, PUSH FORWARD UNTIL THE RATCHET IS COMPLETELY FLAT AND OPEN.

GRAB WEBBING AND PULL AWAY FROM THE RATCHET HEAD TO RELEASE.
