Declaration of EC-Conformity

according to CE-directive (93/68/EC) of the European Union

This is to certify, on the date of signature, EC-Conformity of below stated control gear conform to the European Union Council Directives for:

  • Electromagnetic Compatibility (2014/30/EU)
  • Electrical equipment within certain voltage limits (2014/35/EU)
  • Restriction of Hazardous Substances (2011/65/EU)
  • Energy related products (2009/125/EC)

as well as for European Commission Regulation

Laying down ecodesign requirements for light sources and separate control gears (2019/2020).

This certificate will no longer be valid in case the control gear is not properly used as described or in case of modification of the control gear without previous assent of the manufacturer.
