First Time Usage & Getting Started
1. Preparing a tool for first time operation: Please read and adhere to these Operating Instructions before using the tool. Fundamental safety precautions must always be rigorously observed to prevent damage to the equipment and to ensure the personal safety of the user as well as others working in the vicinity of the operation.
2. Connection to the compressed air system: Ensure that the pressure provided by the compressed air system does not surpass the maximum permissible pressure of the fastener driving tool. Initially, set the air pressure to the lower end of the recommended allowable pressure range (refer to TECHNICAL DATA).
How to Get Started
Step 1: Needle Attachment Insertion The needle attachment is inserted into the fixed sleeve.
Step 2: Handle Alignment Remove the handle and align the positioning protrusion with the slide rail of the fixed seat. Locate the convex points.
Step 3: Gear Selection Select the suitable working gear. This machine features three distinct gears.
Step 4: Air Connector Installation Determine the required installation of the air connector. Install the air inlet connector and oil injector. The product offers three distinct types of air connectors, specifically designed to accommodate European, American, and Australian styles.
Maintenance and Cleaning
- Disconnect the tool from the compressor before adjusting, clearing jams, servicing, maintenance, relocating, and during non-operation.
- Regular lubrication: If your tool does not have an in-liner automatic oiler, place 2 or 6 drops of pneumatic tool oil into the air inlet before each work day or after 2 hours of continuous use, depending on the characteristic of the workpiece or type of fasteners.
- Air-operated tools must be inspected periodically. Worn or broken parts must be replaced to keep the tool operating safely and efficiently. Check and change all worn or damaged O-rings, seals, etc. Tighten all screws and caps to avoid personal injury. This should be done by an expert.
- Make regular inspection for free movement of the trigger, spring, and safety mechanism to ensure the safe system is complete and functional: no loose or missing parts, no building or stocking parts.
- Keep the magazine and nose of the tool clean and free of any dirt, lint, or abrasive particles.
- Regularly check the needles for wear and replace them if necessary. Lubricate the tool according to the manufacturer's guidelines to keep it functioning smoothly.
- Using a compact air needle scaler effectively requires a steady hand and attention to detail to ensure the best results without damaging the underlying material.
