The exterior is made of 430 stainless steel for durability. The refrigerated cabinet base below the work area can store extra ingredients, garnishes, condiments, or topping pans. It features painted aluminum construction with a 304 stainless steel floor. An adjustable epoxy-coated shelf aids organization. The unit uses efficient, foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation to maintain a food-safe temperature range of 33 to 40 degrees Fahrenheit. Casters allow for easy movement for cleaning. Divider bars are included.
The unit operates with a 3/7 hp refrigeration system circulating R290 refrigerant and requires a 115V electrical connection.
